The team was very supportive through the startup phase and have always been prompt and thorough in responding to our support requests and questions. Reports and production functionality is excellent. They effectively setup our website as an ecommerce site with the software as the framework. They managed all the domain setup for us and gave us good guidance on SEO optimisation. We reviewed and trialled other platforms and Flex Catering was a mile ahead.
