EasyShul has been great so far
We transitioned to EasyShul from chaverware. The support and customer service is amazing! That was what sold us on this product. We are aware that competitors can be difficult to get in touch with a human being. [sensitive content hidden] and his team always respond via email in hours, or at most a day. They also send customized instructional videos or hop on zoom to help troubleshoot any problems.
CONSNot all the modules are available at this time. But as new ones are rolled out they work as expected.

Easyshul makes our job easier
Everyone has been very accessible, friendly, honest and helpful. One of the deciding factors for us was working with a software company that smaller, more accessible, and doesn't' have more customers than they can handle so that we got lost in the shuffle. We are a small synagogue and Easyshul fits in with our strategic goals.
PROSWe like being part of the building process. The software is user friendly, easy to use, very easy to train staff and the integration has been pretty good- certainly less stressful and not as complicated as other integrations I've been a part of.
CONSWe are looking forward to having the Pastoral pieces as well as the education/religious school piece.
