Effective and friendly to use
Pros
How you communicate with ministries, church members and help connect visitors to church ministries , Schedule texts emails , send Videos PDF word files , attach files, Coordinate volunteers, special activities and so much more

Unlimited Potential
IMC is the platform to have if you need spanish. With this product you have a single solution that before required several distint solutions to accomplish. IMC provides financials, comunity, training, and custimizable on-boarding for new members as compatability with the top communication platforms on the market all controllable from a sinle soltuion. Love it!
Pros
One solution does many things. So the potential is unlimited and it actually can save you money.

User interface is not sexy, it is very functional just a little boring.

Product is easy to use
For the most part the product is easy to use. Moving through the software is not complicated. I like the check-in option for kids ministry although we have found it unusable when we have spotty internet service where we worship. When adding new users there are multiple steps that need to be done to add family relationships or notes. Would find it helpful if this could be streamlined. When entering addresses, there are several cities that we commonly use that are not on the drop down so I need to go back and choose 'other' for country and then put country, state and city in manually. Finally, I would rate the customer service excellent. We get prompt replies and attention when we call.

Overall great management system
Overall this is a great management system for our Church. It offers a variety of ways for us to manage our database and communicate with our people, which was vital. Customer service is excellent and they have made changes to continually make the system more user friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this solution.

Great software
Great software and very easy to use, and the help icons are very useful. The reports are very helpful.
