Great experience, from ease of use to customer service!
We have experienced greater sales revenues since swapping to Corsizio from another (better known) provider of Events management software. In addition to that, we have actually found it much more useful as a tool within the business. It delivers more of what we need, and has significantly helped to reduce the course administration process overall.
Pros
The software is great. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. But to top that off, we've had excellent customer service. We've made suggestions that we've recognised would benefit our usage, and so often, they have been acted upon and then subsequently rolled out to the wider user community; from colour coding courses, to now (sneak preview) creating a print friendly version of the upcoming courses.
Cons
The one challenge I've had is wrapping my head around the multi-delegate booking. It does work very well (by adding the related delegate option) but I haven' experienced it from the user perspective to see how the payment works. As a training provider though, there have been no issues in terms of receiving payments from organisations with multiple delegates, so this is probably more a reflection of me not understanding it from the buyer's perspective.
Response from Corsizio
We are delighted to have you enjoy and experience our platform Jodie. It is our mission to continue to add value while paying close attention to our customers, how they use our service, and their online registration needs. Thank you very much for the kind review.

Simple, light, glitch free and efficient
Overall I really like it for its simplicity and clean programming, the interface jsut makes sense, which cannot be said from many other software platforms.
Pros
I love how well the software works, never freezes, never crashes, it's fast and efficient. I love the integration. The customer service is truly the best. It works really well for my associate teachers, they can set up their own courses and learned to use it really quickly, this means it is very well designed.
Cons
Would love to see multiple course registration, so students don't need to register each time, but once for several courses. Since we now run hybrid classes: (online and in-person at the same time, we could really use a capacity by ticket type feature within an event, also when sending memos, seeing who paid for what (ticket type) would be useful so that you can only send, for example, recorded classes to those people who paid extra for that additional service. Multiple course discounts would also be great (for the same person)
Reasons for choosing Corsizio
price for sure (we are small) and also because most of the other software plattforms are geared towards drop-in classes or making appointments for private classes and have reduced features for "courses", meaning people signing up for 2-4 months at the time, rather than dropping in. Our model, which is more like a university or school with a program that develops, is less common in the "wellness and fitness industry", so the multiple-week registration is less developed in other platforms, unless you go to a specific dance-registration software
Response from Corsizio
Thank you very much for the kind review. We will continue to add value as time passes, and some of the things you mentioned are on our development roadmap for future consideration. It is great to hear that the primary use case of our platform was helpful to your business.

Very good event booking solution with room for improvement in paymant methods
I like Corsizio, it's a powerful tool to manage event bookings. If there were additional payment methods I would advise everyone to use Corsizio.
Pros
Setting up, cloning and modifying of events is absolutely simple. There are all functions you need to manage your bookings or send informations to your participants.
Cons
Unfortunately payment methods like PayPal or direct debit which are mostly used in Germany are not supported. Therefore the whole payment checking and confirmation process has to be done manually.
Reasons for switching to Corsizio
Recommendation by a friend, experience while testing.
Response from Corsizio
Thank you kindly for your feedback. We fully understand that some businesses, and in some regions in the world, there is a need to accept other types of payments. We appreciate you for using our platform with it's cost-effective value that it currently offers.

Super Easy to Set Up
We used to have a customized Wordpress implementation for our course registration, complete with shopping cart and calendar. Problem was that updates to Wordpress would break the site, leading to unpredictable outcomes for a critical function. With Corsizio, I have the functionality of our old custom implementation, plus lots more (e.g. auto waitlisting, email notifications, tiered pricing, gift codes). The beautiful part is that these features are designed with the course registration process in mind.
Pros
I loved how I could go in and set up the course registrations for our school very quickly. The interface is very simple, and Corsizio is very thoughtfully designed. I was able to go from zero to full online implementation in less than an hour. The other strong point is the Customer Support. It is provided over email and I found that we would get responses within hours. We had one customer who had issues with payment, the Customer Support person did the troublehooting and determined it was a customer internet error. All good!
Cons
I can't think of a negative. Maybe if the percentage that Stripe deducts were lower? But that's not a Corsizio issue.
Reasons for choosing Corsizio
The reviews were very positive and a quick exploration showed that it was a low-cost, high feature product. Quite a combo.
Reasons for switching to Corsizio
Unpredictable platform behavior, lack of features.
Response from Corsizio
