I am using Bigin from last few months and it is one of the best CRM.

The perfect CRM when you're too big for a spreadsheet and don't need one of the behemoths.

I enjoy that I can enter people quickly and see where they are. Because it is simple, I can keep it current with my prospects and the stage at which they are.

No automated lead allocation is something I hated most.

I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase.

Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own.

Bigin is such a great and easy use of software that helps companies get started with a CRM that offers the functionality of becoming more advanced.

Setup was intuitive and the customization was easy to use to make Bigin exactly what we needed. I would recommend Bigin to anyone who needs a starter CRM.

Hyperlink for the phone number is missing, call task remainder for the company is missing  some time we have a company details without contact person.

We have had a great experience with Bigin, it was a great alternative while lowering our costs. It offers a great value for the money we pay for it.

The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do.

Love that I can customize workflows, and store e-mail templates to reduce the time cost of doing everyday things with more precision.

Its capability to integrate with other Zoho Modules like Zoho Invoice are quite useful for small business. The Most important of when you become big enough you can easily migrate to Zoho CRM.

Had made make life easy for me as a project manager, the repeated task can be automated with guidance and tracking. Also saves huge amount of time.

It is slow at times, not sure if it is the tenant issue or what, but my colleagues and I have had slowness issue.

I am also a big fan of the ability to integrate with other channels and the ability to be the single source of truth.

Overall experience is good. I think it´s a great tool to collaborate with the customer and give transparent overviews on status quo and remaining tasks.

I love how intuitive the tool is and the UI is great too. Getting all the projects in one place makes it super helpful for the implementation teams.

It's one of the best tools of its sort that I've ever used. Also, the customer support is really dilligent and helpful.

I found it was very intuitive to manage projects and tasks. It was by far one of the best project management tools that i have used.

Ease of use, ready-made templates and documents make life easy of project manager, the repeated task can be automated with guidance and tracking.

I use Rocketlane for customer onboarding, it helps me and my client have a clear visibility of the blockers and the milestones of the project.

Initially, it was very frustrating, but after working with [sensitive content hidden.

The end-user portal is a favorite. Also, we like the ability to build out the templates and have them track according to different projects.

It´s still missing a few features. I would for example like to order tasks in the project board by drag and drop.

First and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing.

I really like the Presenter mode, which allow me to show my customers what the project is going to look like, within a synthetic view.

The product is very easy to use and it helps in making the Onboarding experience awesome for all the stakeholders (Implementation team, CSM and Clients).

This question is should be optional. I am not sure I have one because the team is open to feedback.

Fix the sudden application crash scenarios and stabilize the tool.

Good UX/UI, easiness in set up project fields and templates.

Ease of collaborating with customer and internal teams, the ability to make templates, integration with other software.

But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets.

The UX initially was very confusing. It does take some learning curve to reach a flow state in the UX but i think that comes with the complexity of the product.

Can be made more robust and drag and drop enabled.

Easy to use and visualize as per standards, real-time tracking and updating of data is possible. Friendly notifications and reminders can be enabled and reporting can be done.

Overall i had a great experience with the setup and is saving me a lot of time in keeping track of the project progress.
