"Years ago OfficeTools was a way to share client contact information with employees, and integrate a billing system and CRM, but now there is much better competition out there for the cost they charge."

"I really like the integration of e-mail and billing with pop-ups that force me to bill at the moment I send an email. If not for that feature I would not be billing for most of my email interactions."
