There's not much not to like. It achieves its goals very well and any cons would probably push nOps into a different target market and price point.

I really like how easy it is to use nOps and the multiple functionalities it provides. I think that some features could be improved, such as the dashboard interface, which could be more customizable. The Cost Report which we can pull from Nops make my job a bit easier

Inventory which we pull is not understandable to many clients.

Cloud inventory, cost optimization, security violations etc. I am kind of satisfied with the features provided here

Weekly reports, rightsizing recommendations in cost pillar along with security violations report and cloud inventory

If data can be pivoted representation or graphical view it will be more illustrative and effective
