There's not much not to like. It achieves its goals very well and any cons would probably push nOps into a different target market and price point.

Thanks to this application, it was possible to reduce the cost of AWS by several %. Cost optimization was also linked to the optimization of applications and functions that were used. What I liked a lot is the way it works and the Risk free guarantee, e.g. for the RDS database. The auto-scaling was perfect, which spread the cost savings over several instances. Not the last benefit is of course the cloud manageable platform which is fee free. I appreciate the look and feel of the app, which is user-friendly and there is an option to view the cost savings on an at-a-glance dashboard. Only one button can be used to analyze the infrastructure that is in the cloud. This app could be a life saver.

I don't have any objections to such an application, I just wondered if something like this is needed at all and the functionality couldn't be built into AWS itself. As for the deployment - no problems, user friendly, clear, I have no complaints. Meets expectations and delivers on promised features. Not demanding to use, connects seamlessly with AWS infrastructure.

The tool has done amazing work for conducting Well Architected reviews for our clients where they are not only seeing gaps within their infrastructure but also getting to understand what actionable items can be taken to ensure they align perfectly with the best practices laid out by AWS.

The only part identified during constant use of the product is our team isn't able to download the remediation report of the high-risk issues identified during the assessment, which entails what measures should be taken to bring these HRIs to zero.

Also, we can get the violations report from security part in very detailed part. And also, it triggered notification if the cost crosses bit than the last month (so its very useful for us to inform customer).

For me, the most relevant features are those that point to improvement insights based on AWS WAFR, and the rightsizing indications of low-usage resources. This helps us to better assess the customers' environment and to be more assertive regarding suggestions for changes. I think the tool is not difficult to use

The tool does not present the possibility of analysis considering the PCI. For customers who have this requirement, we cannot count on the help of nOps. Also, I miss documentation explaining how to use the different features of the tool
