There isn't any experience I could say that is bad. The experience I had with them was nothing but good.

Metallic's support and success teams are receptive and helpful. We have been Commvault customers for many years and their support team has always impressed us.

Good interface and easy deploy. Price is low respect other similar products.

Deployment is hard, Troubleshooting  on the errors are very hard.

It works, but is expensive and difficult to manage.

I also love the fact that you can use WeTransfer even if you don't have a paid account. There are more features accessible to you if you do but I love the inclusivity of the application.

What I love is that I can transfer files without making an account if it's something that just needs to be sent super quick. It's also super user friendly for whoever gets the files.

What I like most about this platform is the easy to use, just drag and drop a file and you are done, the UX, the interface and the design is super cool, very minimalistic and straight forward.

The ability to transfer large files via WeTransfer is AMAZING, and best part is that it's free for files/folders/transfers up to 2gb.

This software has saved me lots of time and given my collaborators and clients a great experience which to me, is priceless.

I was embarrassed by some of the content that a client was shown whom I had suggested WeTransfer to, and they stopped using it after one use because of it.

I will also say; the turnaround for customer support is extremely timely. Each ticket has a very short turnaround, so you won't wait long for answers or solutions.

I appreciate that WeTransfer emails you both when the file is successfully sent and when it is successfully downloaded.

It may crash every now and then and when the connection is lost, sometimes you might need to restart the transfer.

What I like best about WeTransfer is the ability to send projects to my suppliers, quickly and intuitively.

I also don't like how the files you send sometimes can get a bit confusing with the same link name. I often get lost and have to re-do links just to double check I'm not sending the wrong link.

But the worst thing is that downs often occur where it is not possible to download files. For a professional system it is not admissible.

To be able to send 2GB for free is a great cost-saving solution that enables our operatives to access latest docs on their devices.

The only cons that i dislike with this application is, the files that i am uploading has its expired date and only will be keep on the server no more than 7 days.

The downside of this app is that the received files stay only for seven days and then after it automatically gets destroyed or removed.

Weekly usage of a tool that allows be to perform in my job as a Customer Care Specialist, whenever a client needs a report from me.

Overall good tool for the price. Just hoping they fix their customer service issues.

What I love the most about this app though is its integration with my mailing app - Thunderbird.

You can transfer any time big files to anybody just with an email or with a link. It is easy to use and even the free version is very very amazing.
