I like how easy it is to get signings from multiple people. Also you get notified very quickle once signed.

The ease with which I can send encrypted emails direct from Outlook is a real time-saver and helps compliance with GDPR. The e-signing of documents is so quick and easy.

There has been the odd problem but nothing major and the issue has been cleared up very quickly.

Integrates seemlessly with my accounting software and has saved me so much money in paper and stamps and more importantly, not having to keep 7 years worth of accounts for all my clients.

User friendly especially for our older clients that don't know how to use computers very well.

Navigating around the site can be a a struggle and marking messages and chat as read is not always straightforward.

Quite unique and has the potential to do away with multiple subscriptions as it handles so much. Great feature set and potential fantastic API.

I've been using MyDocSafe to save and share data with my colleagues and clients while keeping their confidentiality in mind. Because of how specific and valuable this product is, it was a gift.

I am completely satisfied with its amazing service. The software can be used for business and personal use.

The ease of use for both us generating documents for approval and also clients signing off documents.

Now in 2022 they have emailed everybody who supported them and told them the plan is ending. This is dishonest and unfair behaviour.

The customer service and support is brilliant ... and nothing is too much trouble, with a fast response to any query.

When we first purchased the product it was working great for the price.

If it wasn't for this we'd still be in the process of refinancing but thanks to this it save time and money and now we have our house refinance thank you DocuSign.

I also love the fact that you can use WeTransfer even if you don't have a paid account. There are more features accessible to you if you do but I love the inclusivity of the application.

I was embarrassed by some of the content that a client was shown whom I had suggested WeTransfer to, and they stopped using it after one use because of it.

I will also say; the turnaround for customer support is extremely timely. Each ticket has a very short turnaround, so you won't wait long for answers or solutions.

I appreciate that WeTransfer emails you both when the file is successfully sent and when it is successfully downloaded.

It may crash every now and then and when the connection is lost, sometimes you might need to restart the transfer.

What I like best about WeTransfer is the ability to send projects to my suppliers, quickly and intuitively.

I also don't like how the files you send sometimes can get a bit confusing with the same link name. I often get lost and have to re-do links just to double check I'm not sending the wrong link.

But the worst thing is that downs often occur where it is not possible to download files. For a professional system it is not admissible.

To be able to send 2GB for free is a great cost-saving solution that enables our operatives to access latest docs on their devices.

The only cons that i dislike with this application is, the files that i am uploading has its expired date and only will be keep on the server no more than 7 days.

The downside of this app is that the received files stay only for seven days and then after it automatically gets destroyed or removed.
