I have wanted to push my data to storj however they do not support HIPPA at the moment and this really borders me.

As a user the setup process and getting started with cloud storage was very easy and the software was very intuitive with surely more great features coming.

As it has a blockchain backing, the level of security is very high. The maximum capacity it offers is more than enough.

I would like more one on one guidance or support to getting the nodes started so I can fully make the best use of this feature and further instruct others wanting to become a node operator.

In the past I have used other programs and always ran into problems. Once I had several years worth of data get lost when my computer crashed.

Most people are a bunch of young kids 21-25 years old that no nothing. We had to let this company go.

This software fails to do its job. I had it running on a client for 6 months and needed to recover and there was nothing there.

A few years ago, the product was cutting edge, but it has failed to evolve and lacks features offered by many of it's competitors. The interface feels dated lacks the appeal of competing products.

There are few issues when it comes to backing up. Axcient support is very helpful and responsive.

Best App For Professionals in the form of email with many more advantages like Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendars, Sites and many more other integrated apps.

The cloud access had been very help with easy access.

Straight forward user interface. SSO/MFA built in to platform is a plus.

I had 3 Axcient 2factor accounts and #s to the same email at one point and had to try them all to get the right one. By far the worst setup process I have ever gone through on a product.

Overall, I would recommend using a competing product like Dropbox or OneDrive. Axcient x360Cloud has the look, feel and functionality of product that was created years ago.

I like the ability to have a single pane and company that integrates with my PSA (CW Manage) and it allows me to mange and easily role out.

The biggest issue is despite having everything correct and configured including an email to alert us of any issues we never received any. Support is almost the worst we have ever seen.

I should have known then that this was a bad product/company to use.
