Great software and they simply charge per direct debit collected.

I have used Ashbourne in my club for many years and their software gets better and better. They charge me per dd coleted and the software is provided for free.

Pros

They provide membership cards so can swipe members in and it checks that their payment has been successful. It shows me usage patterns of members attendance and allows me to email them. They also provide an app for members to track their workouts.

Software works well and a great team behind it.

A good experience. The main good thing for me, is the speed at which the Ashbourne team deal with queries and issues. The software is very easy to use and navigate and is fairly comprehensive.

Pros

While the software does almost everything we could need, it keeps the process simple. Very user friendly. The team behind the scenes are always very pleasant and helpful, they respond to queries and fix any issues as quickly as possible (usually within a few hours). The Members app/portal is also very user friendly, almost without issues and is very easy to manage from the back-office.

Cons

Very few things not to like about the Ashbourne software. 1. it would be a great feature to be able to place a temporary stop on the gate for certain members. Sometimes we need some information from them before they enter. 2. Sign-Up T&C's cannot be changed to be personalised to individual clubs. 3. Although it's not a negative, it would a be a nice addition - colour coded booking system from the members point of view. 3.

We and our clients were receiving less that acceptable service from these two companies. We heard good things within Independent Gym Owners groups about Ashbourne Membership Management, after seeing the software in a 1:1 demo, we haven't regretted our decision since.

Good System

Well so far so good...... System Is pretty easy to use even for tech muppets, The direct debit collections work perfectly to date. The integrated system from members to up to date payees is also a great bit of software, makes life very easy. Support it good not that we use it much and overall I would say the cost is very fair!!!!
