Wonderful! Even when I cannot figure something out, the chat option and the video conference option are both very helpful and easy to utilize. They always describe things in a way I understand and help me fix my issue quickly.

I thought the cost was a pro of Fresh Learn, the first call was very helpful. Little did I know that after the initial sales call that is where your service ends.

There is absolutely no service with Fresh Learn. I asked multiple times for a refund after a bug caused my subscription to be altered at the check out. I was promised the refund and have since been ghosted. I then tried to use the platform (as I have paid inadvertantly for an entire year) and I have found the service to be below expectations. Students have been unable to navigate around the site and I have had to change platforms to ensure they get the product they signed up for.
