Infolio is a cloud-based collaboration platform that helps businesses organize their digital content, such as documents, tasks, notes and emails, within a single solution.
Infolio sends emails and notifications to users for content changes, task updates and new comments. Managers can assign tasks to team members, set due dates, receive notifications on task progress and chat with team members within the application.
Changes to files and folders are updated and synced in real-time, which helps team members maintain access to the latest versions of content. Infolio also offers a mobile application for iOS devices for remote usage. Integrations include applications like Dropbox, Google Drive, Salesforce, Box and Office 365.
Infolio offers services to users on a monthly subscription basis. The package includes support via email, FAQs and through an online knowledge base.
