Very smart, worth of it's price.

Very good and smart software but still not for professional corporate use because of the way the software version upgrade is made.

Pros

Software easy to use and very well configurable what makes MyChat software easy to fit in our organisation. Very interesting thing is how to connect other clients like automated linux scripts to send some reports directly to proper users.

Cons

The way of update of software: There shouldn't be "automated update" for Android client: new version of client stops working with older version of MyChat server. Upgrade of MyChat server must be planned in "service window time" and it can't be done "just like that". Sometimes we have to wait 1-2 days for proper time to do MyChat server upgrade and Android clients must until that time and loose connections. No good :(

Thank you for your feedback! We agree that it causes inconveniences. But this applies only to Android client as it is updated from Google Play and we can't control that. The reason for such updates is that MyChat for Android is under active developing and gaining a lot of new features rapidly. In the future, when the number of these features creates a fully functioning application, we will make it compatible with older versions of MyChat servers. However, you can disable the automatic update in Google Play specifically for MyChat messenger.
