Very professional and easy to engage.

Excellent Tool for Performance Management and Employee Engagement

Our team works remotely so this software enables us to work together and stay connected in a very real manner. Performance has improved and our team is more engaged and motivated than before.

PROS

The software was extremely easy to set up and the support from the Olympia team was phenominal

CONS

There are constantly new features being added which is great, but presents an additional learning curve for users. Having said this it does not take long to assimilate changes and all the additions have been very welcome and useful.

Although this product was great for collaborating on tasks, it was limited and did not do much for engagement. Olympia Engage has enabled us to work efficiently while enabling us to work together in a far more detailed and comprehensive manner.
