Happy Customer
Customer Service is outstanding and that is extremely important to me. We all have our way of thinking and looking at things and for the most part they created work arounds for us and also in some cases created new features that we recommended.

CONSWould like to customize a layout with specific field names. Certain fields are locked and that field name can't be changed.

Repfabric on-boarding
Repfabric is an excellent CRM and sales data management platform for multi-line manufacturers reps. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage data, sales and commissions across multiple manufacturer lines. The mobile app is particularly impressive as well, allowing users to access sales data and manage accounts on-the-go. The system matches our functions and prior CRM so well, our implementation was a (somewhat) easy transition from SFDC and easy to learn. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Repfabric to any sales organization looking to streamline their operations and improve their bottom line
CONSCustomization within the Repfabric app is not straight forward but doable to an extent. Its intergration with Power BI does add much for flexibility and customization capbilities. for your data.
Reasons for switching to Repfabric
Repfabric fits the manunufacturers representatives model better than SFDC and is easier and more intuitive to use for management and the sales team.

Great CRM for sales reps
We have had a great experience and are learning more everyday.
PROSI appreciate that the system can be used on a computer as well as through a mobile device. Even better that the two systems work seamlessly.
CONSThe main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer. This is only a problem for new companies we work with and when trying to link emails to new opportunities, this can be a little clunky.

Repfabric was perfect for our team. We are manufactures sales representatives and this system was built by other reps for reps!
