  • Pros

  • Great tool for your sales team or just for better understanding who is reading your content. There are nice filtering options available to prevent unwanted data from entering your reports.
  • The ease of use, the fact that we can have over 10 team members use account for different purposes in ways that are customizable for every function: customer success, sales, marketing.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, we have to individually hide them so that they don't count towards our monthly total. It is a very frustrating process.
  • The data provided isn't always accurate and there could be mistakes in the companies contact info. Also the options in terms of integrated products are small.

  • I like the ability to breakout the graph line by WEEK or MONTH too... and see associated analytics. Best of all, is being able to document that RADIO works.
  • It's easy to use and mostly intuitive. Can download specific reports which make it easy to share.
  • Cons

  • Client should be able to have their own access to the attribution page. It's inconvenient having to send daily screenshots to advertisers signed up for Veritone.
  • Some of the setup can be tricky with the way you have to select terms to run reporting.
