SBS Quality Database is compliance solution for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal quality audits, risk management and nonconformance tracking. It helps users conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provides a set of reports and analysis for each module.

SBS Quality Database helps users to monitor customer perceptions and take corrective actions for improvement. The application allows users to organize and document management review meetings, as well as respond to and resolve customer complaints.

SBS Quality Database helps users analyze graphs, charts and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) performance metrics. Users can manage document lifecycles and reset training requirements for new document revisions. The application analyzes processes and items for failure mechanisms and can automatically implement actions per user configurations.

Wrote, Implemented and Managed both ISO -9001 and AS9100 QMS with SBS Software.

It made implementing a QMS quick and easy. We passed certification of the ISO 9001 and AS9100 on the first audit. For the cost it is fantastic.

Pros

Maintains all critical data in one place. Auditing is easy and auditor liked that we had everything in a database versus on paper which is hard to audit. It assists in organizing and understanding a QMS system for less experienced personnel. Bottom line it is easy, strait forward, well organized, easy to update and conforms to all the requirements.

Cons

Custom reports must be requested from support. They cannot be written by user. This is also a plus since the reports are design to comply with the standards. Changing them can be dangerous.

Have never had a problem; very user friendly; easy to teach employees

all employees understand the program and can safely us it. Saved a bunch of money on training

Pros

The ability to get up and running quickly. The fact it is so user friendly it is easy to teach employees have to use the program, saves money and mistakes

Cons

The car program could allow a few more characters; Other that that I have no issues with the program

All-inclusive easy to use database that makes tracking all ISO quality requirements a breeze.

A functioning easy to use database to assist our quality management system.

Pros

The database format breaks down all required information needed to properly complete CARs, PARs, FMEAs, etc. Problem description, Root Cause Analysis, Containments, Action Items, Validations are all clearly spelled out and really optimizes the role of quality assurance in the workplace. This database has allowed us to pass ISO audits with ease.

Great to work with, flexible and economical. We use the Quality Database & Training Database.

Pros

SBS was able to customize the databases to fit our business. They have even set it up to communicate with our ERP system so that essential information will come from the ERP. Whenever we ask for a modification, it is delivered lightning fast.

Cons

Using MS Access as the front-end has advantages, but the nature of Access is not always firm enough around the end-users. (The back end is SQL.)
