We can reach knowledgeable staff every time we call and the answers we receive hit the mark every time. The numerous fields and sub-categories afford tremendous flexibility that enables us to customize our input/output for reporting on pretty much any attribute that we want. The new accounting modules are also well developed. In all, the functionality has enabled us to rethink and expand the analysis of many aspects of our business while maintaining close control over scheduling and operational demands at the same time. #### Cons Some users may find it a little intimidating at first but with proper instruction this should not be a problem. It is very similar to other products out there but Dataforma allows you to build invoices directly from the work order that the field personnel create. This drastically cuts down on double entry and eliminates errors from double entry. #### Cons The overall size and complexity of the software is daunting at first. Love that it can hold and manage both residential and commercial client information on the same platform. #### Cons If you aren't familiar with using a CRM, it can be a bit clunky to navigate. Some of the more desired functionalities require customization that can only be facilitated through very in-depth training and development from Dataforma in-house customer reps.
