Comments
no shipping units and should be resolved but I think this will be course through the management. without these shipping units, receiving of shipments are affected.
PROSconvenient and it is easy to use, conducting a receiving and inventory of materials is accurate. easy to find the locations of materials in the fld and warehouse.
CONSInternet speed in my place is very slow, it affects the receiving process and delaying the works.

Very user friendly software
The software is easy to learn and navigate. The interface is very user friendly, I saw that first hand in my previous job when lot people who were not very familiar with computers and electronics were trained very quickly. Mobility is the other thing. You can get your tablet which is almost indestructible everywhere you want. All ATLAS personnel who worked on site as IT support for Jovix were very professional, hard working and always helpful.
CONSThe mobile tablets should have internet and all transactions should go live on the servers. Time in the oil and gas industry is everything and these tablets have very important data that need to be uploaded ASAP. I don’t think it was a coincidence when servers were crashing sometimes because 15 different tablets with lots of data were trying to sync at the same time during a lunch break or at the end of the shift. Hardware. Not all tablets were the same fast. Some tablets were fast some very slow, with no readers or GPS. Some batteries should also be tagged out. Versatility. The software could be more versatile when it comes to receiving, planing and purchasing.

Jovix review
The software is easy to use and has more functionality especially for warehouse management.
CONSThere are function features in the software which are complicated and does not records the history. 1). using complicated abriaviation, long description. 2). when picklist number is deleted, there is no more traceability, 3). sometimes items are not updated in system what are actually received 4). saving done items are not perfectly realiable unless you print a hard copy for comparison

Jovix - Simply Effective
Overall, the software is easy to use and navigable. The layout is not overbearing or distracting while the screen is open and I'm working on other things on another monitor. The things that bother me or cause problems with the software are minor compared to the value I get from the things this software does well. I enjoy being a user of Jovix and I think my company is underutilizing the functionality and features that this software provides.
PROSThis software is easily navigated using the workspace menu. In a matter of seconds I'm able to learn more about an issue with a piece of inventory or material that allows me to solve a problem. I like the filter functionality and the ability to save workspaces to be presented every time in a way that works for me.
CONSThe one thing I don't like about this software is a minor detail in the withdrawal request "wizard" if you will (or dialogue box). If a problem arises and I need to remove several line items of a withdrawal request at one time for whatever reason, the check box above the actual line items that usually implies "check all" or "uncheck all" is clickable, but after clicking that box and selecting delete item, the software still just deletes the first line item in the request. While a minor issue, it still causes me to just delete the whole MWR and then create a brand new one if more than just a few line items need to be removed and replaced with new ones.

Using Jovix with Another System
I have only used Jovix as the secondary system so my experience it mixed due to the fact of the imports and exports to and from Jovix to my other system. But when needing to locate material in the field, Jovix can locate it on a map and you can walk right to the piece you are looking for. That saves a lot of time search for something by a gps location instead of a grid location.
PROSStand-alone this software is really good. The ability to find material from a gridded out map on your computer or tablet and then be able to walk right to the material is an amazing feature. If material is moved, a sweep will pick up the new location and update your inventory.
CONSNot using the software as stand-alone makes things difficult when imports or exports fail to and from the other system. It cripples the work and can be time consuming.

There's a lot of Pros and Cons but all in all, Jovix program will surely benefit any project via its latest innovation on Supply Chain - material management, receiving, inventory/traceability and issuing.
PROSplus points > user friendly > reduced paper printouts - saving environment / cost savings > traceability and linking all data (relationships) > technology at its best
CONSminuses/ room for improvement > hoping for more simple environment > since it is our first time to utilize Jovix, it has to be tailor fitted to project requirements > material IDs increasing > reduce unnecessary icons/buttons > drop down menu on filter editor > integration improvement

interface issue / solo run is good
for me, material tracking to check whether received and issued. for above function, very useful for me.
PROSextract report is very good. compare with original system is very easy to useful with excel. However, strict input is required, However, for ZOR Project, during receiving inspection input quality is very very poor. sufficient education, training and easy way to input making receiving PO is required.
CONSinterface with other system is too much problem. especially Mat.man is very poor. one by one, pick pick pick make progress lower. group pick or insert menu need to be provided for supervisor.

Creating Pick List Browsing Material Code MRR Extracting data report
CONSAuto generated Overage report after resolving Shortage item. Mismatched of Data from the original source such as PO Line, Ebom FabCat, Destination ID or Work Site. Integration of Data too slow from original system to jovix and vice versa. Progress Tracker of entity such as Drawing, IWP, MWR, Pick List, MIR not updated or too slow.

I like that is it Self contained, I can move from function to function without leaving program and going to another.

Jovix Insight dashboard use in construction activity
Jovix it self is a good tool, but it starts having problems when it tries to integrate with other software.
PROSThe idea behind this report is very useful for construction team, so they know if they have materials they need for the job.
CONSThere are issues with the report, when it pulls data from Jovix production. many times during a week ETL failure result in having no report for our site team.

CONSNot user friendly and have terms that are Jovix only used. Things like when uploading a takeoff of IWP you have to close excel and then do the upload.

Jovix Review
The idea on how material managment works with jovix is the right idea. The infrastructure is there and will work if the people managing the system in the warehouse can keep up with receiving and issuing.
CONSIt is highly dependent on user's being able to keep up with demand. If your warehouse is understaffed or does not have time to keep the system up to date it causes problems.

Making tracking inventory across multiple sites easy
Just the overall ease of implementing this across multiple sites and being able to track all of them via the server

Jovix inventory management
It is great that Jovix and it's array of inventory tracking features are available on browser.
CONSLimiting the software to internet explorer is not ideal as explorer is plagued with it's own issues that often crash Jovix.

When there are queries with regards to materials that have been received and issued, I can easily trace the records and its history.
PROSI like most about this software are the icons and function are user friendly as they are easy to understand and operate.
CONSThe least I like about this software is the set up connection for printer and scanner.

I like how there is no limitation for using upload sheets and you can set one when needed.
CONSI do not like how you can not delete a work pack that has materials with WMR, I think few users should be allowed to do that when it's needed.

Jovix is expensive
Mostly uploading material codes, materials that needs to be purchased.
PROSI like how it makes tracking the material very easy, other functions such as min/max, automatic reporting is really good!
CONSI do not like how companies have to pay per user, this is extremely expensive, there should be one license you buy for all users that work on the same company.

Jovix Review
Material management and inspection templates
PROSThis is a convenient software that has a great ability to track materials, qtys, and whether they have been received or issued. Good for keeping track of material inspections and inspection activities.
CONSA lot of information must be inputted manually. If the user is not able to continuously update this information it can cause problems very quickly. The system also runs slower the more I use it, until I refresh the browser and log in again. Would be nice if it worked in browsers other than Internet Explorer.

Jovix for Mechanical FIWP user
I deal with material management and Inspection templates on Jovix. It is a great tool, however there are some speed limitations. It usually gets really slow and crashes. Also, there is no option of selecting multiple rows at once if I wanted to delete some. It is very simple to learn and also teach someone new.
PROS- Very simple to learn - Well Organized - Error check prior to uploading a template
CONS- Gets really slow and crashes (atleast once every time i use it) - Unable to select multiple rows for the purpose of deleting - Website takes a while to load before I can log in - Works only with internet explorer
