we've solved numerous problems with this sofware. - with over 25 staff the Automated SMS has aved us from messaging 30 employees every day. - GPS time sheets have taken the pressure of admin which would spend hours every week tracking down and cross referencing hours. - day rate forms with pictures and signature have given us a leg to stand on when there are questions asked. - the calendar has transformed our business which planned 2 weeks ahead to a business that can see and visualize months in advance. - the custom form builder has given us the tools we need to implement systems in our business and keep it localized on the one app.

we like absolutely every function of neo intelligence. its taken our business to the next level, the ease and fuctionality of this program is second to none. the main features that have helped us the most are the GPS time sheets which link back to our payroll, Automated SMS's, Daily log sheets which we use to get approval from clients & builders with a signature feauture. The calendar is user friendly and isn't a problem. every aspect of the software is customizable which we also value highly compared to similar programs which lock you into using systems that don't suite your business. also chris is a legend

the system itself is great. if you've got problems with it try discussing it with the boys and customize it into anything you like.

Disappointing

I can’t think of anything as it is clunky

Very difficult or expensive to get seemingly easy changes implemented such as moving buttons on the screen. No option to save password and login.

Resource management HSEQ documents that can be added to each project on the drawing field company specific form development

If there is lack of reception, the whole system is down. If the client or Health and safety inspector cant see our documents, then we are not adhering to regulations and could be fine or prosecuted Timesheet are not part of the client approval or daily log.

Reporting very useful for accounting staff. Communication with onsite workers positive. Integration to our payroll software saves hours each week.

Once an employee is inactive it remove the employee from reports (historically required). Not all features for on site users can be seen by admin.

Easy to use and evidence ,photos to look back on etc

Once you submit a log sheet you can’t fix a mistake and save it

Having a team to work with that understand trade business has been extremely helpful and comforting in the stressful process of changing the way your business runs!!

Initially it was the staff drag and drop that made it easy to plan my daily business operations and the group text message which saved me a-lot of time a texts!!

I think this software is more tailored for a concrete company but with that said it has been able to be adapted into or operations without to much hassle.

To say Neo Intelligence is a fantastic system is an understatement. From the very first demo you can immediately see the power this has to enhance your business. Scheduling our labour and completing timesheets was such a long process for us, it was simply taking to long via excel. Adding and editing on the day sheet for the approval review , you can't add further information on the day sheet tab or add variations if missed I have issues with

Having an electronic journal to keep track records, forms can be filled,signed and sent on the spot, eleminates he said she said, day to day progress can be sent to PC to inform them of whats really happening out there.

Slight adjustments needed to make it streamline with the direction SDCGroup is heading.

A lot of the times you need to spend time updating the program. Sometimes you have to update the program two times a week

I dont like it when you submit your work in to the system you cant change it if you make a mistake

Allows me to concentrate on my works without the hours lost previously allocating labour & reporting log shhets to builders, QA's etc.

I can now see where my labourer is at all times and easily allocate them to a new project without double booking them. The reporting feature is fantastic and been very beneficial to my busy and helpful to my builders.

Not much but it needs to be expanded to cover all areas of our daily business activities which is happening weekly with new updates to the program

Time sheets, daily deliveries and variations lodged instantly to our office. QA forms issued instantly with photos, no photocopies required and an accurate account of day works can be kept with photos.

Once you have submitted the days account you cannot get back in and amended any errors, this can only be done by the administrator.
