OpenForce gets the job done
It has been generally positive, no major technical issues so far.
PROSI like that OpenForce has so far processed and delivered my contractor settlements smoothly and it gives me alerts through text and email when my settlement is on the way.
CONSIt can take a long while for each page to load.
Reasons for switching to Openforce
It wasn’t my decision, the [sensitive content hidden] of my company made the switch.

Openforce is an easy platform to use and the customer service and back office groups are always great to work with. Everyone is always willing to go the extra step to help us, or one of our contractors. The platform is also convenient for storing and housing all contracts and contractor documents they need for their agreements. I have worked with many of the teams at Openforce and all of them have been great, courteous, and always make sure my questions or concerns are resolved.
CONSThe only thing I could say for something to work on is sometimes when a contractor calls customer service they will get told something which is opposite of information I told them. When they speak with me again, I always instruct them to call back again, on the second call they will get different information. Seems sometimes possibly with just newer agents they don't provide the correct detail to contractors.

True resource and partner

Seamless software for your trucking/courier business
As an end user of the product, I am greatly satisfied with the ease of use of your product. I highly recommend Openforce.
PROSAs an independent contractor that relies on Openforce from my business partner (US Messenger and Logistics), Openforce is a seemless tool that allows me to be up to date, confident and compliant on the invoice, payments and record keeping.
CONSI think the company can expand its offerings by partnering with other advance products/services like like legal/accounting and tax offerings specific to the trucking/courier/delivery business.

Openforce is a true benefit to our company
Easy, simple, affordable
PROSOpenforce has been extremely beneficial to not only upper management but employees at our company. Employees have one place to go to look up earnings all in a digital format. Feedback from our employees have included the easy to use interface and the ability to make changes on their own without having to contact our HR Department.
CONSSometimes the website can be a little bit slow loading to get to pages once logged in.

Having to wait to receive payment is very frustrating, and not at all fun, however with openforce, the wait time is moderately fast(yet could be faster) and is safe/less risky, and while I don’t really understand the whole commission/deduction part, it’s good knowing that if something ever were to happen while on the job, I am covered/insured thanks to openforce!

CONSNo contact info/no customer support email/phone number; unable to view insurance section???

Openforce offers insurance and plus my company recommended that I switch to openforce (although PayPal is/was a bit faster processing payment)....my company said openforce SHOULD eventually be faster when it comes to processing payment....but WHEN??

Great customer service and always helpful
PROSHelps us stay compliant in the use of independent contractors. Easy to use and customizable.
CONSOnly complaint in 10+ years is the speed on the web dashboard simply because it has so much information on it.

CONSThey have a llot of fees and seem high for the industrycan't leave one "delivery" to look at another one or you have to start all over from each delivery. So if i had arrived and am on wait time, I can't check other orders or accept new orders or else my wait time starts over again. That's a BIG problem

I am fairly satisfied with the overall performance.

CONSCan be very slow at times. Unable to download certain items, i.e. drivers license info, settlement/deduction reports for a time window by driver(s).

Great company
My experience over a year is great, Im very happy, maybe to have an easy access on the website, could be better for me and probably more people with out computer skills. I sent an email on December a twice no one reply to me. I'm still waiting
