This software is good for Project monitoring but we are facing some problem in Finance model.

My understanding of the critical chain path method has been improved along with the importance of using planning softwares for project planning with dynamic projection systems

The presentation of the data, the highlights of tasks that should be on priority, the gui for task planning, issue management and the ease of making teams meeting.

1. Revisit some of the logic - moving average of days with progress rather than average of days progressed for projections2. Integration with excel - Excel integration is critical in project planning. It would be a good feature if issue management report generated in Excel does include pictures uploaded as well3. Planning - Although planning task gui is good, the sequencing lines needs to be auto organisable with adequate spacing for task boxes and lines for easy readability.4. Lack of customisation - The software although interactive is rigid in nature and needs to have more customisable features and also a scripting page for more advanced options. 5. Lack of dynamicity - The buffer management needs to have a more dynamic response similar to the subtask level dynamicity.

Easy tracking of task and project. Simple and easy construction of schedule

Very less information shared in Google and YouTube so it makes difficulty to get self-learning of the tool.

We were struggling while planning the project in MSP & Primavera, tracking of project was not at all possible & multiple sheets of excel, MSP was confusing. Now we are using this software & found that once the planning is done complexity of project is much easier & apart from planning & monitoring we also have much time to look for the engineering & execution activity Presenting to our top management through software is as simple that everybody understand the bottlenecks & action plan is being made accordingly We highly recommend this software for project planning, monitoring & control. I really appreciate the focus & finish concept

Unable to see bar chart in tier 3 level & we recommend it to be included in the software so that by looking to the bar chart we must understand the linkages

Projections ON THE BASIS OF RECENT HISTORY WHICH MAY NOT GIVE RIGHT CRITICAL PATH SOMETIMES WHEN MULTIPLE FRONTS ARE OPEN .

Back and planning and Front end planning are at two different locations, If we can merge and put them at the same platform

Data base to be increased for individual type project so more details can be put.Sequence of execution and methodology of project task may different but system have some limitations of task linking which can be improved

Good Software.Progress can be tracked easily and can give you better idea what went wrong and what went well.

About Tools: I would say because of our internal management, we could not be able to take maximum benefit out of this software. Team deployed (S.Pal, D. Jha and Saibal) for setting up tools and mid review were well versed with system and very co-operative.

This is very easy to use, and a shop floor supervisor can also update the progress using mobile application. Also eliminate requirement of other tools like excel, PPT for making reports.

Methodology behind this software is very different from normal approach of people. Little bit difficult to make certain people believe on it.

easy to track, great graphical representation. project planning is time consuming due to different options in different windows.front end , back end , multiple windows to do single DPR etc.

real time tracking and updates from all respective task managers. issue escalation and performance charts for better control.

some options in scheduling are not given (i.e. start to start, start from end etc.) creation of DPR and task separately, need to check-in check-out multiple times. no option to change the Base date in front end (approval matrix for the same)
