Playable Review
I think Playable is very user-friendly and manageable. The design is cool and supports the user experience.
CONSI am overall satisfied with the platform. I sometimes find the Dashboard a little confusing, but these are small things.

Great tool with innovative setup
Leadfamly is easy to use, has a lot of different game types and opportunities. And the support is fast and very helpful if you ever need som help.
PROSHow easy it is to implement graphic, like videos, gifs, images and use of css for a better game experience
CONSI'm looking forward to see some previews of the font I'm using, when setting up font styles. We use a lot of custom fonts, that sometimes doesn't look as planned.

Great company with fantastic support!
We have worked with Playable for many years now and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They allow us reach our engagement and conversion goals through the use of their fantastic suite of games. Also, Playable live support is unrivalled, with a brilliant response time and great knowledge base.
CONSThe suite of games are brilliant but it would be great if there were more on a regular basis/more frequently.

Easy-to-use & impactful CMS and Gamified Marketing Tool
Leadfamly is changing the gamified and playable campaign space, I love the science and the impact it has on business and how easy they are to work with. Highly recommended.
PROSI love the ease of use and the team at Leadfamly, they go over and above and with the experience on the team, you are sure to have out-of-this-world results and fun all around. Also, the pricing for value is excellent for a marketing technology tool with this ROI.
CONSI would only request a but more development on the dashboards, but currently set up also works, I'm just a data nerd, but it integrates to my other tools so no problems just a suggestion.

Horrible
Long path of figure out that nothing wokrs.
PROSNothing about this tool. Waste of time and money.
CONSAfter 25 hours, created 4 games, and none of them works. I spent plenty of time to figure out simple steps.They should hire UX designer with experienced. Because I can't collect leads.I have talk with their team, but I can see they don't know how to use this program either.

Great platform with amazing Customer Support
Great platform that doesn’t require a lot of experience in web Helpful staff that is willing to help to improve your campaigns Ease to navigate and opportunity to set up landings as you want I would like to specifically give a shotout to [sensitive content hidden] who is always extremely friendly, supportive and helpful when it comes to new campaign set up and testing.

Great way to gameification

PROSI love the endless list of possibilities in the platform. If you want new leads, engagement or just a fun game for your costumers, there's many options.

Great tool for gamification
Games - especially knowledge and luck games really encourages our users participation, it generates more loyal customers and we can see more long-term interest in our brand. Win win!
PROSLeadFamly helps us make fun games with ease; all marketing employees has access and can create (simple) campaigns with no prior introduction. The LeadFamly support team via chat and phone is extraordinary helpfull. Iframing games on our website is easy. The academy, webinars and design specifications makes it possible to create all games with no prior training.
CONSIntegrations to other systems required an online meeting with support. So many games that have different specifications - easy but makes you reuse certain games over others.

Great platform for games
I love the amount of games available in the different categories - makes it easy to select a game for any event or campaign. The support from Playable is also great, the live chat function is quick to respond and offer advice or help based on the problem - often a quick link to a help article is enough

Great for easy game making
The ease of making games and the selection of game types available means that we can keep variety in what’s used and test what works best

Great gamification platform
A great gamification platform, making this process way easier and approachable, without any necessity for a coding resources.
PROSI like the variety of games and the quick customer support helping you setting up the games itself and thing around that. They also advice about the types of games and tips about the efficiency.
CONSSometimes some games are not perfect, like the slot game, where when you win, you win on the first try. However, these are minor things and overall it’s really good.

Easy-to-use platform and excellent customer support
It is very easy to set up and to implement a gamification campaign. The software is very intuitive to use. Also, the help from the team is always really useful. On the technical side, they are always available in the chat and always solve your request. On the strategic side, the monthly meetings really help to align on the overall goal of gamification within the company.
CONSOverall, I am quite happy with the software. If I need to say anything to improve, I would say to maybe have a functionality similar to "CTRL + Z", where you can easily go back after you do anything wrong in the platform. This feature might already be there, but I did had the chance to see it.

You are always happy to help if we have any trouble - that's a huge benefit.
PROSIts very easy to use and easy to get started. There are many different games, so there are many options for us as a customer
CONSIt has nothing to do with you, but we are not using the software enough. This is not a "must have" software and therefore unfortunately it drowns a bit in a busy everyday life, where lead family is not considered in campaigns. It is unfortunate both for you and for us.

Highly recommended for education and campaigns
We are happy users - we are now able to reach more members and inform them about our offers and products ant our website etc. We are planning to use the games for non members (recrutement) and organizing purposes.
PROSWe have a lot of members (60.000) that we need to be in contact with and activate and support. We use the games for education and knowledge (information).

CONSWhen doing responsive design on the webpage of the game, it is often frustrating and confusing to create a specific content for the mobile version, the tablet version and the desktop version because it often overwrite your new mobile setup to the desktop version and vice versa.

Best marketing campaign tool out there
Creating marketing campaigns with Lead:Famly's marketing platform, saved us a lot of money. Usually we Coded the campaigns our selves.
