Nice service, good customer care after 2 tickets
Overall it is great. I worked with it for one of my client and now using it in my company for all my clients.
PROSAutomated process are good, setting up different environments
CONSI didn't like the support system, there has to be an email ID or a live chat thing, if there are ticketing system, then there should be a portal for back and forth replies.
Reason for choosing DeployBot
It looks easier and effective with different servers and different repo systems. i used earlier with Gitlab now using with GitHub.

DeployBot has helped our workflow!
This has helped us up our dev game tremendously. We've cleaned up our processes quite a bit with this addition to our workflow.
PROSWe really like the ability to sync our repos and auto-deploy with a commit message flag. It's easy and quick to rollback to a previous deploy. Pulls in the commit message. Easy to review the commit list and even shows the files that are about to be deployed so you can review them. Ignore lists are great for config files. Easy to tell status of a deploy because it can be synced with Slack and also notifications/emails make it obvious when something is either bypassed (on ignore list) or fails to deploy.
CONSThere's a little bit of a learning curve since the ignore list doesn't follow the same conventions as .gitignore does. Environments/Servers are not easy to copy. Would be nice to be able to set up a template for new projects that get added into Deploybot (to solve above). Our ignore lists would be identical for any web project for consistency's sake with setup. Also our root directories follow the same conventions. - Things like that.

Easy to use and setup
Usually
PROSIt is very easy to use. Automatic deployments are great.
CONSDeployments do not always pick up on deploybot, not sure if deploybot is soley to blame for this though.

Using Deploybot
Deploybot has significantly reduced the time we spend setting up build commands for deployment and for troubleshooting deploy issues. Their support service is always very quick to respond (within an hour or two) and they always make you feel like your issue is their first priority.
PROSDeploybot makes it much easier to compile and deploy code to multiple server environments. Its much easier to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain then a git action.
CONSThe user interface could use some updating as it's not very intuitive for new users.

Efficient and Intuitive: DeployBot Delivers
The interface is elegantly designed, free from superfluous buttons. It directs you straight to the essentials, eliminating unnecessary complications. While it prioritizes simplicity for beginners, advanced options are readily available for those who seek more depth.
CONSHonestly, I've had a seamless experience. The team was responsive to my requests, implementing features I suggested. Furthermore, the custom option provides flexibility for unique needs.

Deploybot, automatic deployment of repo's made easy
No more fiddling with FTP uploads of code, this allows us to trust even junior members of the team to handle deploys as DeployBot reduces the risk involved with deploying sensitive code.
PROSDeploybot has many benefts. 1. RSS Feeds to keep tabs on what has been deployed or failed to deploy 2. Multiple environments/repositories in one place 3. Deploy from your repo to your server with ease 4. Automatic deployement setup 5. Rollback of code from the server with a click of a button 6. Easy setup These are just some of the pro's, there are many more.
CONSWe have been using Deploybot for 4+ years and have not had any reason to look around for any product, I feel like this speaks volumes.

Easy to use and setup automatic deployments
Great, using it for years for our dev agency and other projects.
PROSMultiple servers for each repo is a must for us as we work with same code for multiple websites. Thanks to deploybot, our development approach has improved, and our workflow is looking cleaner.
CONSThe menu interface could use some enhancements. Every time I need to access a server configuration section, it takes multiple clicks, which can be a bit cumbersome.

Very good service!
Easy to use, offering great features, and facilitating effortless monitoring and management of deployments for various clients
CONSI would like the interface to be updated to something more modern and also improved documentation on how to save certain types of compile commands that are frequently used. For example, 'npm install' should only need to be executed once and not every time we want to do a deploy.

Reliable and great support
I've used DeployBot for several years. It's an integral part of our development process. When needed, support is quick to answer and knowledgeable, but mostly it just runs once it's set up.
PROSI love that Deploybot connects my repos to any number of servers for deploying updates to production or staging environments, with the option to roll back if necessary.
CONSThe user interface is not pretty, but it gets the job done.

Easy to use deployment software that helps simplify our web dev processes.
fast and automated deployments, collaboration between devs in different departments, easy server configuration, fastened workflow
PROSWhat I think is one of the most important pros, is that finally our web designers can deploy themseves. No need to put effort from a web dev on it so that we have more time for important projects. Also the automated configuration of the servers saves a lot of time. Range of repos that can be connected.
CONSSometimes there are too many informations on one screen, UI could be a bit more intuitive. But we got used to it very quickly.
