First App who combine tracking, gamification, knowledge transfer, meaningful partners and CSR. Our company loved it and I think this combination is the key to reach as much people as possible.

Some more nudging experiences, but I think it`s planed shortly.

We first used Changers mainly in health promotion and work safety. A couple of month ago, I started to work together with our sustainability manager and he absolutely loves to communicate his work via the app. And we both have learned a lot from each other.

We introduced Changers last year in our company. What I like most, is that it makes big part of my work a lot easier. I have one place now, where I communicate all of our measures. For my colleagues it is really convenient, because they can access this information, whenever it suits them. And by offering great perks and connecting people achievements with doing good together we got great engagement and lot of buzz within the company.

It's hard to say that you don’t like the app. It is made with a lot of passion, even for the small details. You can see this especially in all the graphics and characters used all over the app. They are constantly working and improving the app and the activity tracking. Even if you encounter an issue or bug, customer support is keen to help and solve the situation as quickly as possible.

That anyone can see his or her impact on the environment.

That the connection to my tracking app was not completely fluid.

Klimaschutz und Sensibilisierung für Nachhaltigkeit geht mit Changers ganz einfach. Bürger:innen werden nicht belehrt sondern belohnt. Große Bereitschaft neue Features in der Produktentwicklung zu berücksichtigen

Grundsätzlich wird auf alle Entwicklungswünsche seitens des Anbieters eingegangen. Das Design könnte noch etwas besser an das CD unseres Unternehmens anpassbar sein.

- Support/Kontakt durch Key Account Management - Einfachheit der Bedienung für Admins

- Die Abrechnung/Rechnungen die anfallen waren für mich ein wenig intransparent, nach kurzem GEspräch jedoch auch sehr klar zuordbar

Es war eine coole Idee, die einfach noch nicht ausgereift ist und zu viele technische Fehler beinhaltet hat.

Man konnte alles schnell und einfach aufsetzen sowie einzelne Punkte anpassen. Cooler, spielerischer Ansatz und übersichtliches Design.

Es hat vieles einfach nicht richtig funktioniert. Man wählte nur Schritte aus und die App hat auch Radfahren versehentlich getrackt. Oftmals waren die Anzeige der Böume, eigenen Kilometer oder das eigene Profil verbuggt. Die App kam einem wie eine Beta-Version vor. Die Angebote der Voucher waren zu wenige und wurden gar nicht von den Mitarbeitern genutzt.

Mit Changers haben wir unsere jährliche Health Challenge abgedeckt, welche allem in allem ein Erfolg war. Für uns mitgenommen haben wir, dass manchmal weniger mehr ist. Da zu viele Aufgaben auch überfordernd wirken können.

- Die verschiedenen Kategorien in den man Aufgaben einrichten konnte. - Die Möglichkeit der eigenständigen Anpassung. - Die einfache Bedingungsweise.

- Das die Admins nicht die Mitarbeiter den verschiedenen Gruppen zuteilen konnten, sondern die Mitarbeiter das selbst machen mussten. - Die Bepunktung von Aufgaben und Schritten. - Wenig Bewerbungsmaterialien von Changers.

It can be easily customized to fit all our technical and operational requirements. The team working behind this product is super friendly and always looking for ways to help.

I wish it could detect biking automatically and that the Community feature was a bit more interactive (eg: tag people / create subcommunities). Ideally it could link to our internal platforms too.

I experienced that it is so easy to save CO2 and as mentioned above it really gives you a good glance about your personal savings and how you can improve in comparison to others.

I really like the ease to track your CO2 savings. Regardless whether you take the train or go jogging or for a ride. Every little saving comes up in a nice way and you get an overview of all your savings. Also cool. You can compare with others and the average. Also I do like the explanations of the different ways to save CO2.

I once had some trouble to connect with my Garmin device but this was done by the next usage.

Zeitverzögerung beim Erkennen der zurückgelegten Strecken.

Verbindung Umwelt mit Gesundheit. Damit verbindet Changers wichtige Nachhaltigkeitskriterien der UNO und stellt den synergistischen Zusammenhang von persönlicher Gesundheit in einem gesunden Unternehmen in einer gesunden Umwelt plausibel dar.

Eigentlich nichts. Benutzeroberflächen sind jenseits der Anforderungen an Oberflächenergonomie und Funktionalität auch Geschmackssache. Diese stimmen.
