Great App!!!

It is a great app. I love I can choose from a lot of activities, classes, intensities. I love yoga and have found a million classes and meditations options to practice! Really love it!!

PROS

You can integrate it health with Iphone and other apps. Its very easy to use

CONS

I can access to some programs, I dont know if I have to pay for them, or they are just not available in my organization. But that is all. I have a lot of options.

Fantastic Software that Has Already Improved Employee Retention

I have had several coworkers take me aside and tell me how much happier and healthier they feel since starting certain programs within the app like meditation or fitness classes. Our company adopted this software to help our employees live a better and more balanced life. We also wanted to offer a resource to our employees in times of stress, grief or trauma. Using this software, our company has already improved employee retention and we have only been using it for 6 months.

PROS

Our company has been using MyLifeWell for about 6 months and I have personally been using it for the same amount of time. The software provides wellness programs, challenges and classes that are aimed to help our employees live a better, happier life. We are able to support our employees' individual needs which has the added benefit of improving productivity and morale in the office. Our employees also love that the app integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit so it fits seamlessly into their established fitness routines.

CONS

Some of our employees are reticent to adopt the technology because they are worried about privacy concerns both externally and also worry about monitoring from our company internally. Although MyLifeWell has made it very clear that their data is encrypted and secure, we would love to be able to provide our employees with resources that detail the security of data. Additionally, we want our employees to understand that we are only interested in looking at aggregate data to understand how many have adopted the platform and are using each program to make decisions for the future.

Value for money

PROS

Nothing was impactful, everything was same as other apps with some negative impact.

Staff Wellness app

The overall experience has been good and I´ve interacted a lot with the app.

PROS

It´s user friendly. You can link it up with other apps to register your activities automatically, however, this has to be done through Google Fit. It encourages you to be more active to reach goals.

CONS

The delay in update on points on the rewards part. The points seem to add several weeks afterwards which makes it hard to know which activity it is even linked to. Also, you have to actively update the app at the end of the day for your steps and activities to get registered.

Good App - Needs More Customer Support

PROS

Ease of use and rewards for using it often! I like the idea of rewarding our good behaviors rather than punishing ourselves for not participating in healthy behaviors as much as we would like to.

CONS

The amount of points shown on my app is way above the amount of points shown when I log into the perks site to redeem them. I double checked it's not an error on my end. I reached out to the support email and received an email months later asking if I still needed assistance. I stated I did and it is now weeks later and I have not heard anything back yet.

Pleasantly Surprised by the Rewards

I really enjoyed the fact that I can use my points for rewards

PROS

I really liked the fact that it can be accessed through an app and can track rewards from there

CONS

The app and the website aren't super user friendly. I haven't been able to do much on the site so I enjoy using the app, however the app just doesn't' feel super easy to navigate

Honest Review

Overall, I am satisfied.

PROS

I like its ease of use and its interaction with my other health apps. In addition, the website is easy to navigate, and I receive constant updates on my progress.

CONS

I wish it connected to my apple watch and used the data to track my exercise. The app on my phone is clunky and difficult to navigate.

MyLifeWell review

PROS

I like that I can “join” groups with my co-workers because it makes me feel curious and invested to participate on the app more. I also enjoy the variety and level of difficult with the workout videos. Lastly, I like the perks provided but wish there were a lot more stores or the option for general VISA gift cards.

CONS

The app, unfortunately, is not as easy to follow. Clocking in my vacation hours, for example, took a long time and I had to eventually reach out to my org’s HR team for help.

Functional app for staying fit and healthy

Its an easy to use app that makes staying on top of my fitness and wellness goals simple.

PROS

I like the the app includes a variety of workouts and exercise plans that I can follow along. It helps take planning a workout off my plate, making it easier for me to accomplish my fitness goals. I also like the group features that let me connect with my coworkers (especially our pet group!)

CONS

I don't like that it doesn't track my iphone health app data or my Strava data. I would like the apps to sync data better.

Good for keeping track of workouts, complicated to figure out

PROS

This can be a very helpful way to keep track of workouts and stay on top of a fitness plan.

CONS

The general user interface can be confusing, as is the rewards system with two separate points collections. The rewards were mostly just low-to-mid-range Amazon products that were mostly not of interest (I am not sure if that is the app or my company's selection, though.)

I find it very rewarding to see my progress! I enjoy the perks and have taken advantage of a few of the programs already.

PROS

I like how easy it is to customize the activities I do on a daily basis! It's satisfying to see my progress towards goals and activity.

CONS

I don't like that it has automatic prompts and reminders focused on BMI and weight. I think those should be options you opt-in for, not have to opt-out of.

Get a handle on just about everything.

No instances with crashes or major Customer service needs.

PROS

The product has looked at all angles to appeal to the employer and the employee including rewards for them and real time data and other activities where you can see trends. Amazing

CONS

Was in above average on price but other than that nothing really bad to say about it. The company gas really covered all bases.

PROS

I like the rewards program, though I do not like that it is in a spearate website than the rest of the program. Also, I wish there was a greater variety of rewards.

CONS

I don't like the app. It should be simpler. There are too many components.

Health Motivated

I have enjoyed it. I tend to stick with my regular workouts and am more motivated when there is a challenge.

It has great resources for on the go workouts that you can do anywhere.
