Excellent way to keep track of your contacts

Excellent experience. I have not needed to use support, however their onboarding and communication to use the app was very helpful.

PROS

I really like the ability to scan a business card and have it capture the data. Makes it very easy to add contacts.

CONS

I did not care for the contact import feature. I like that it connects with my phone contacts, but would have liked the option to add them or not. I have several contacts that I did not want in this platform. I am using it strictly for business and did not need the personal ones imported. I had to delete those I did not want. Other than that, I like the platform

Contacts the "newly fashioned" way!

.After a certain period of scanning cards I believe the memory cache fills up and you can only scan about 30 cards at 1 time period. I had a great experience with the software however it would lock up once the memory reached its capacity

PROS

I really liked the multiple scan features and the speed of the application.

CONS

It's seen that there's a minimum number as well as a maximum number of cards that you can scan.

It works well

The customer service has been really good. Very responsive.

PROS

I like being able to share my card digitally. It’s helpful especially with doing so much more virtually due to the virus etc.

CONS

The quality isn’t awesome on scanned cards. I actually had some trouble using the scanner and wound up manually taking a picture and cropping it etc but overall it’s pretty good for the $.

I like how easy BizConnect is

Quick, simple, and great technical support

PROS

It is easy to download, quick answer by support department, love that they jump on quick zoom call and I can see them, they had a glitch but it is now fixed and works great. Another plus is that I get to add it to my google contacts with the touch of 1 botton

CONS

The Glitch kept having me uninstalled and installed the application. But now is fixed

The Contacts at Your Fingertip!

The help in storing and retrieving contacts quickly and easily has been tremendous. My contacts are my networks!

PROS

All contacts in an app that is separate from my phone address book and the ability to save any contact from BizConnect to my personal address book. The app allows you to function just like the contact list on your phone including messaging, notes and etc. I love the QR feature allowing the sharing of my contact fast, easy and professional.

CONS

Once people scan my QR code, they can not retain my information unless having taken a screenshot of the profile or registering with BizConnect themselves. Many people do not want to have another app on their phone unless they need or want it. There is a high risk of people losing my contact if they close the screen without taking a screenshot first.

It's what I have been looking for!

BizConnect - Easily capture the information from business cards

Software works great. I like the layout of everything and how easy it is to get information

PROS

How easy it was to scan a card and it pulled in all of the information

CONS

From everything I used it works great. I don't have a bad thing to say. I don't get enough physical business cards from clients though. That was my main reason for not continuing past the trial

Awesome service easy to use

PROS

Porting to outlook is super seamless. Adding contacts is easy and the notes section is great too.

CONS

I wish there were several notes sections so you could add notes as you need. Makes it very easy to review details about someone on your phone that way.

Easy breezy

I got a lot of business cards with my outreach marketing and it helped me keep them organized

I found it was very easy to use when collecting business card info

CONS

The sync with contacts didn't seem to be as seamless

Worked well for my needs at the time but I quit using Bizconnect because I was not exchanging business cards.

Nothing that I can think of. Very annoying that you want something from me and then put a minimum on what that is.

Good App

It's been a positive experience. Easy to use and I like the fact I can create a contract from the info I scan.

PROS

It's scanning functionality is really accurate even on business cards that have unique fonts. Only had one card where the app didn't get the name right.

CONS

Nothing really. I don't use it a whole lot, but it's handy for when I do need it.

overall good product for the cost

we were struggling to input cards after shows and this helped automate it. it made it quick and easy and without a high cost

the free trial was a bit deceiving, but once we bought it, we were good to go

Easy to use

PROS

I primarily use it to input contact info from business cards. It is so easy to take the picture of the card and the info transfers into the app. I also like it that you can import/export the info from other apps (e.g., contacts app)

CONS

It would be easier to use if it available on non-mobile devices (e.g., desktop, etc.).

Downloaded this software to organize business cards. Haven't had much time to use it yet, but it seems to be working well.

User Friendly and Efficient

So far, so good. I have not used it very long.

I loved having somewhere in the form of an app to keep all of my networking contacts and this was one of the easier and aesthetically pleasing looking ones!
