What would we do without CRM?
The customer service team is the star of show when it comes to CRM - the tool is awesome and works great but the team that supports us [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is next level. They are constantly working to help us achieve success in whatever we are looking for or are needing and have always treated us as a priority.
PROSBeing able to have a live view of the team's pipeline has been such a valuable resource for our team - we are frequently asked for this type of information which is easily reportable from the tool. Additionally it has been a great resource for our team to share information, house important documents, track and measure success of initiatives i.e. SKU rationalization or Culinary Events.
CONSWe do have some struggles with there being different ways to enter information and how that translates into reporting. For the most part we have been able to close the loopholes but sales tends to always find a way.

Sales Enablement review
Overall experience is a positive one. From learning about the tool and being trained by my Sales Enablement representatives to launching the tool to our sales team it was a great experience. The team is always there to answer questions and if we have any recommendations they bring this to their IT team to see if update can be made.
PROSHow easy this tool is for our sales team to send documents or product specs to customers in seconds. Or update a sales interaction by using the voice to text option while using the app. I think it's a great pre-planning tool that can benefit our sales organization.
CONSThere are certain functions that I believe could be worked and updated a bit to be more user-friendly. More so the opportunity/pipeline feature.
Reason for choosing Blacksmith Sales Enablement
We were using the product catalog and document library side of Sales Enablement and it made sense to go forward using a CRM Tool that was tied to this software we were already using rather than launching an entirely new tool to our team.

Great hub of customer information that we can parcel through and look for additional opportunities.
PROSI like the product library and customer information. Yes, it was fairly easy to implement.
CONSA business plan tool that demonstrates pipeline opportunities would be a nice addition.

Easy to use and navigate CRM
Overall, the system has worked well for our business as an agency, as well as being the master database for all agencies together. It has given us a platform where we all can be connected as one.
PROSThe user interface is simple, straight forward and easy to use, as well as teach to new users. The support from our broker solution managers is great, they are always willing to help and provide solutions to our problems/questions.
CONSIn the report center, I wish there were examples of what the reports looked like or what they would be used for. Some of the report titles are vague, and with a little more description it may be easier to navigate which report to run for the correct result.

The ability to manage our own database, the interface of the CRM, the progressive thinking of FSE, and the ability to expand as we grew.

Business problems solved include: 1. One place to keep all customer and product data 2. Automation of when agreements are going to expire.
PROSWhat I most like is that there is a Mobile App and a Desktop function.
CONSMost reports require a bit a excel cleanup to make them more usable.

Sales Enablement Review
I have great things to say about FSE and the staffs continued efforts to adapt and meet the needs of our company. They are very willing to help us create/enhance tools to ensure our teams are best suited to get the information and tools they need to perform their best.
PROSThe adaptability and continued efforts to enhance the software. I appreciate that this company is willing to work with us to enhance the system and sometime perform custom requests to fit the needs of our company. I like that the system is fairly easy to navigate and has access to most things all in one place.
CONSThe speed of some things within the system. Sometimes navigation is slow from page to page. Reports sometimes clash and take very long to run. If lots of people are pulling reports we run into issues. Some reports that are needed are very large. This causes issues.

Great product!
Sales Enablement has been beneficial of having all of our information in one organized and efficient manner which is a great benefit to our company, as information is so important in today's environment. The reporting that we're able to pull from this software is a great asset to us, and has been for many, many years.
PROSThe features that I find most impactful are the objective planning/dashboard as the software makes it a simple process which doesn't take a lot of my time. FS1 is my favorite app/feature that's offered by Sales Enablement, and is utilized by our team on a daily basis.
CONSThe only thing that I'd like to see, and it's minor but I'd like to the menu already expanded when we bring up the homepage. Integration with other apps has been good.

User friendly.
Able to accurately track sales activity which allows for reporting to mnf and allows allows a look back at old sales activity to guide new activity.
PROSI like that there is an option for computer and phone. Allows for retrieval of data while on the road. the platform is overall is extremely user friendly and makes inputting info quick and easy.
CONSI believe the downfall will somewhat fall upon our internal administrator. Current system is missing some items from manufacturers which need to be added by internal admin and CS at Blacksmith. Blacksmith doesn't know what we are missing until we tell them. Also another thing i noticed is manufacturers that we no longer represent still populate on FS1. This is not an inconvenience but though worth mentioning.

Customizable
The software has been integral to our success and the support througout has been nothing shy of amazing.
PROSThe software has many facets of information storage and usage. We were able to learn the basics of the system and work within the guidelines to make it work for us. I like that it is adaptable and we can grow further as our business needs change.

Customer Service is second to none. The 1FS app is a great tool.
CONSObjectives can be a little challenging. But once you start using them they can be helpful.
