Great for engagement

Very positive experience. Support staff have been very helpful.

Great idea and so easy!

This allows me to give rewards that are meaningful to employees. We provide high productivity rewards to our employees and prior to discovering Guusto we were giving them "swag", however; all our employees now have more than enough hats, mugs and jackets. We needed something new and meaningful to them and this works so well!

PROS

This platform makes rewarding employees seamless and easy. It allows employees to use their rewards in ways that are meaningful to them, and their families. Also, the customer service I have received from Guusto has been incredibly quick and always helpful. I also love that I did not have to set up individual accounts for all of my employees - just email them a reward!

CONS

So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like about Guusto.

Gusto is great to use in most stores and i was glad to use my coupon at Bath and Body store.

GREAT experience. I never heard of Guusto before until started working with Neighborhood. I am pleased with the services.

PROS

The coupons are redeemable and Great to use at any store.

CONS

I was not able to use it at Yankee Candle and Burlington Coat factory. I hope these 2 stores can be included. Thank you.

Super helpful way to show your appreciation in this virtual day in age

Post covid, this has made showing client appreciation that much easier. My industry is still predominantly, virtual and this service aligns perfectly with that.

PROS

It's super easy to use and allows me to thank clients virtually with a token of my appreciation. It allows the client to pick a gift card of their choosing and there's a ton of options which means that every client will find something they can use.

CONS

There is no con whatsoever. It has made my client appreciation so much easier.

Excellent mechanism to reward all employees.

Guusto adapted very quickly to our needs as a company and managed to send all kinds of rewards to our employees without any limit, thanks to this platform we have been able to grant economic bonuses for various work groups of our company, in addition, I loved the function which allows me to send prizes in a general way for a specific sector, the platform allows me to send gift cards for exact sectors, such as HR or the Marketing sector. I loved the experience obtained with Guusto, I consider that I will continue using it to reward my employees for their work performance.

PROS

Guusto has been the best way we have used to send constant rewards and recognition to our employees. The first thing I liked about Guusto is the great variety of gift cards available to give an award to an employee, the platform allows me to send a specific gift card but also allows me to send a reward link to an employee, this way the employee will be able to enter that link and claim the gift card that suits their needs, for the amount sent. Guusto's reminder system works perfectly, it is able to inform me when an employee has redeemed a reward, in addition, it sends constant reminders to the employee to redeem the reward they have received. The delivery time of the prizes is instantaneous, each prize sent to my employees is received immediately, I loved that.

CONS

The first negative characteristic about this platform is that it is not possible to schedule the sending of rewards or bonuses to our employees for specific dates, the only way to send rewards within this platform is to do it manually, and despite the fact that the sending process is quite quickly, I think a function should be implemented where you can schedule the delivery of rewards for exact dates. The second negative point is that Guusto does not send alerts when we have almost no money left to send rewards to our employees, which sometims causes us to not be able to send rewards since we have not noticed that there are no funds within Guusto.

Incentives Made Easy

The backed offers reports that makes keeping track of taxable commission for employees, all the tracking is done for you automatically. Can't go wrong there. The best part though, is probably how it works with our incentive structure. Before Guusto, we had actual physical gift cards, and the type of card would rotate week over week. With Guusto, its up to the user where they'd like to spend their money. Tracking gift cards we give employees as incentive has never been easier thanks to Guusto.

PROS

Guusto has radically improved how MSi - OBTM incentives operate. The options available to our employees are always growing and the APP makes for redeeming those rewards in store a breeze. On the backed, Guusto's solution to reporting has made keeping track of funds extremely easy and the customer service is great! If you ever have a problem customer service is there to help you right away. It has a very personal feeling when you are interacting with their support team.

CONS

Honestly I can't think of something I'd say I dislike, any issues I have come down to using Internet Explorer. Those issues are still very minor and rare! Guusto is an extremely flexible service and I'm sure that if I wasn't using Internet Explorer the few bugs I've encountered wouldn't be there.

Reward and Recognition for Frontline Team Members

PROS

Guusto is easy to use, and provides many of our team members lots of options! it's a great program to provide employees with rewards and recognition. They have a ton of merchants to choose from and have an option fo a printable or e-gift card!! Guusto Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They are fast at replies and help out every step of the way. I love using Guusto platform!!

CONS

As HR, we always ensure the reporting aspect is up to date. We recently encountered a problem where we weren't able to download reports and this held back from our day to day activities for sites.

Hands down the BEST rewards platform !

Before Guusto, I was having to run out to the store all the time to buy gift cards for my colleagues and clients. It was also way less impactful since I had to put them in the mail and they didn't arrive for a few days from the event that triggered me wanting to send a gift. Guusto has been an amazing tool to help me build my career.

PROS

Guusto is so easy to use! I love being able to recognize my colleagues whenever they help me out. It saves me so much time, and is super effective since they get to pick where they want to redeem it. I also like using it to thank my clients for their business. It has helped to strengthen my relationship with them.

CONS

There's nothing to not like! The app is really smooth. I've never had an issue, and everyone I've given Guusto gifts has been really appreciative.

Smooth & Secure - Perfect way to recognize peers

It is an easy to use tool and set up. Knowing I have access to a terrific way to send a thank you / recognition is very helpful.

PROS

I found the site easy to navigate and very intuitive. I was able to figure out how to add funds to my personal account and understand the options in sending gifts to peers with little frustration or problems. The report page will help me easily track the gifts sent and when redeemed.

CONS

I have not been able to figure out how to transfer funds from my personal account to the team account - the site provided directions but the transfer button was not available to me. If this is not permitted by my company maybe a pop up explanation could be provided? The minimum amount to add to your personal account is a bit high unless you use the credit card option.

i love Guusto

PROS

I can't say enough good things about Guusto! This platform has completely revolutionized the way I approach gift-giving. The variety of options and the user-friendly interface make it a joy to use. One of the standout features for me is the extensive selection of gift cards from top-notch brands. Whether it's for a colleague, friend, or family member, I can always find the perfect gift that suits their preferences. CONS

Guusto makes on-the-spot recognition easy!

PROS

This enables our managers to recognize people on the spot with gifts that they want. We can track and see the awards being made. Roll out was painless. Once you understand how it works, it is very easy to use as a manager awarding gifts. Empowers managers to add more funds to their accounts if they wish to do so.

CONS

The reporting capability could be improved to make it easier for us to take a standard report and share it across the leadership/management team. There are reports available and a dashboard with metrics, but I want to see common themes and statements. Or, would be nice to publish it to the whole organization so that they don't have to log in to see everyone's Guusto awards.

Awesome service!

PROS

I am so pleased we use guusto! I send at least one gift card each week and this has been a tremendous time saver on my end (seriously, we have the longest email addresses ever! typing that in starbucks 150 times is no fun!), but also our staff members are way happier with more options than simply starbucks and tim hortons! We have 50 staff nationwide and we do gift cards each week but each staff also receives card for their anniversary and another one for their birthday... Any time I am not clear on anything, I know I get an answer right away. If I do something silly, they always point me in the right direction and never once made me feel like I should have been able to fix it on my own. Super happy with guusto!

CONS

The only con is that I did not discover them sooner!

Go with Guusto

Giving and acknowledging is a great combination, just need more visibility of the product and how more people can use it. Also, feedback from those who have received an experience when I have personally been the user.

PROS

The whole idea behind the software, it's ease of use and thoughtful interactions and levels of customers who can use it.

CONS

It needs to be more visible to businesses who are small.

Perfect Way to Recognize Employee Performance!

Guusto has helped me recognize employees through a very simple solution that works well in a work from home environment. The major benefit of using Guusto is the flexibility of being able to choose a vendor that suits each individual person's needs. There's no need to decide and limit to purchasing a gift card form a specific vendor.

PROS

Guusto is very intuitive. Immediately after signing up, I was able to figure out how to navigate, fund my account, and send gift cards almost instantly. I was able to send gifts to multiple users while still having the ability to customize each gift individually. Very simple and easy to use!

CONS

The only downside of Guusto is the limited options to fund the account without incurring additional fees, such as funding via a credit card payment. I did have to wait for my account to be verified before I was actually able to use it. However, the turnaround on this process happened within the same day.

"Amazing options to choose from. All the big players (merchants) under one roof."

I don't need to provide my colleagues/sub-ordinates with choosing from the limited gift cards as Guusto have lots of (almost all) merchants one can imagine. And I believe that would be the most important thing that I realized on this platform.

PROS

The website navigation tools are so easy to use and select and the excellent part is the options to choose from in terms of different merchants.

CONS

All good so far but would post my experience as time goes by.

Great Platform for buying gift cards

Great experience, very convenient and so easy to use. Will recommend and also will be buying employee gifts on this site going forward.

PROS

The ease of transaction. Very easy to use. User friendly. Love the large amount of merchant to choose from where you can buy for a specific merchant or you can let the gift receiver pick their own merchants. You can pick your own schedule date and also upload your own unique design. I also like how You can personalize your gift card.

CONS

The fees if you have less than $500 on your account and want to buy a gift card for less than $500 and your account has no funds and you want to use your credit card. You also can’t edit your purchase you have to cancel and rebuy. You can’t change your reschedule date. You have to cancel transaction and rebuy.
