User Friendly app for 2-way communication and Lite too

PROS

We had implemented Kenyt AI for Chatbot so that 2-way communication can be established with the potential customers. This app is really lite and effective in Lead Generation from various mediums like Whatsapp, Facebook, Instragram etc. We have also run several campaigns on the leads generated in the past.

CONS

Till now not found any but I think the user interface of the app can be improved.

Health Chatbot experience from AyurVAID

It is been more than six months since we have been engaging with Kenyt. It has definitely contributed very much to our business by increasing our funnel. However, the products come with certain glitches that need to be resolved so that the functionality of the bot will be a seamless experience. Also, the UI/UX experience can be made much more interactive.

PROS

Kenyt comes with all features that engage with the user. However, I personally like the customization based on our business needs.

CONS

The support team can be much more sensible while understanding the product brief from the clients and unexpected glitches

pathetic services, features and back end and front end support

pathetic, no response on chat box not on wahstapp group, i requsted for refund since last 1 month but no response

i did not like services offered when i made payment, when payment was made then tall promises happened but later no support, all features committed was missing, complicated software also

The customer success management has been really reachable and helpful in and overall life cycles starting from deployment of bot to reports generated everything was efficiently automated. Decreasing time hence increasing the business productivity.

All in all Kenyt.AI's chatbot solutions and customer support is exceptional.

PROS

The chat bots are highly sophisticated which would transform the customer experience.One of the standout feature of Kenyt.AI is its fully automated customer support, that is even the customer support is provided through the bots at anytime. In terms of UI/UX it is very easy to use the chat bots, with just click we can interact with the bot. I also like the seamless integration of the bots with WhatsApp and other social media.In a developer perspective it is very easy to train a bot and deploy the bot in just few clicks without mush effort. Even the developer or admin can customize the chat bot interface.

CONS

Kenyt.AI's dashboard is highly sophisticated with all the settings and customizations available, but it can be little tricky of new user from a non technical background to use the dashboard and deploy chat bots.

With Kenyt chatbot a lot of manual intervention got solved.Chatbot helped in providing the basic project details to the customers which eliminated majority of the junk leads and decreased the call time of the customers.

Kenyt chatbot feature is so useful for both the administrator and the customer.Its easy to use and understand with a very good user interface.Integration was quick and got it delivered within the stipulated time period.

Only a few challenges faced initially in getting platform specific leads into CRM and later got resolved.
