### Pros

"It is the central source for professional data in our market with nearly 90% of our ideal customer profiles using the platform with an active profile."

"We used LinkedIn for Business to reach out to key persons, generate qualified leads, and collaborate closely with the sales teams."

"The advertising tools are great for targeting specific audiences, and the platform makes it easy to share updates and grow your brand’s presence."

### Cons

"I don't like how you have to purchase sales navigator to see a broad range of business leads, when you don't use sales navigator they limit your reach of clients and one time they locked me out of my account because I was sending messages and connections at a fast pace and they accused me of using both software which wasn't true at all"

"The fact that companies may view your profile and hire or reject you based on appearance rather than qualifications is the one thing I do have a problem with."

"This experience raises legitimate concerns about the effectiveness of LinkedIn's content moderation system and their ‘LinkedIn Notice of Inaccurate Profile Information’ process. While policies exist, enforcement appears inconsistent or biased, leaving businesses vulnerable to misleading user profiles."
