RightBound Works

· RightBound Increased my ability to connect with prospects· RightBound warmed up prospects for me, and save me time on reaching out to cold prospects· RightBound dramatically increased the number of opportunities in our pipeline

PROS

· Contacts are delivered directly to our CRM and CEP· Professional CS team, helpful in fine-tuning the product to best match our needs· With RightBound, SDR invest their time in warmer prospects

CONS

As an agency - occasionally data feed issues - whenever we identify the RighBound team is quick to get its dev ops team involvedThe gift cards get charged even if they don't get redeemed - something the team is working on

A critical tool for sales professionals

Overall I have a very positive experience with the RightBound platform. Not only is the system a great asset for the team but the reps there are very responsive and a huge help. I highly recommend RightBound to any interested teams.

PROS

RightBound has simplified the outbound prospecting for our sales team and allowed us to focus our efforts on accounts in our icp. They understand who we want to reach out to and the message we want to convey. The RightBound platform has saved our team many man hours and simplified our outreach process.

CONS

There are occasional times where the data is incorrect or non applicable but RightBound has made these instances easy to report allowing for their system to learn and increase the accuracy for future prospects.

Love RightBound!

Love RightBound & would absolutely reccomend to anyone in the SaaS world! Dan has been wonderful!

PROS

The automatic emails that go out on my behalf, introducing me to the prospect before I do.

CONS

There is no dialing function! I would love for their to be a dialing function as that is the last piece that really matters in a prospecting sequence!

Rightbound is a key part of our teams stack

The platform and team has been great partners for our business.

PROS

The platform surfaces leads that are in our ICP. Most importantly the email and phone data associated is very accurate.

CONS

When we first started with Rightbound the platform was lackluster. Over the past 2 years they have improved the functionality. The beauty of Rightbound is that you don't need to be in the platform to succeed.

Easily access engaged prospects, helps assign work to a growing SDR team

CONS

Nothing- If I had to be critical, I would say the ups and downs of the lead flow. But that's not really your fault

RightBound

Client support is top tier and the questions that are asked in the survey guarantee a good conversation with potential prospects.

PROS

The ease of use and how well the leads integrate with our current salesforce records and sales loft.

CONS

Has happened a very miniscule amount of times but have received leads that were either fake contacts just for gift card redemptions or possible prospects outside of target market.

Rightbound is awesome because it makes my job easier.

Great way to get leads/ book meetings

Great! I feel like RightBound really does some of the heavy lifting when it comes to prospecting and warming leads.

PROS

Since starting with RightBound I have found that they help warm leads and make it easier for SDRs to get meetings.

CONS

We have had some trouble with lower level positions being sourced but when made aware RightBound immediately corrected the problem.

Saves Me Time

PROS

I'm not wasting time looking for cold leads with missing information. All the right info is there for me and the leads are already warm. My connection rate with prospects is always high with RightBound, and the overall opportunities are great.

CONS

I can't think of any cons. The software is easy to use and saves me tons of time.
