Easy way to connect LinkedIn and Salesforce

Great customer service and a useful product.

PROS

I use this software to add contacts and accounts from LinkedIn to Salesforce. It's really seamless for that purpose, which helps me more easily connect some aspects of the two platforms without needing LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

CONS

It required a tiny bit of customization to get started but was honestly very simple.

Critical to how we get leads

The team is great to work with!

PROS

Salesbolt helps Breadwinner get leads that our solution is relevant to, and is a great alternative to pure outbound outreach. These are high quality leads that we know have intent to solve the problem our solution addresses. This makes it far easier to initiate a productive and useful conversation to those companies, and saves both parties a lot of time.

CONS

Salesbolt is a relatively new offering, and the sky is the limit for how embedded they can make their product within organizations that heavily use Salesforce. Today, the interface is quite simple, and could provide even more visibility on the incoming lead funnel.

Review of SalesHud for Salesforce

PROS

It's discrete and blends in well with LinkedIn and Salesforce. The features are simple and benefit the user, saving time and effort.

CONS

There are really not that many benefits to using this software and it is so discrete that it could go unnoticed at times. Further integrations and additional features would be a real game-changer. Also, to install this, there are several policies and agreements to be approved and enabled, including access to data. This doesn't comply with many company policies and hence, it is difficult for companies to implement and allow. For example, I cannot use this software for corporate use because it doesn't comply with our data policies.

Salesbolt saves me time

Overall, Salesbolt makes it way easier to capture information and eliminate human errors. It's easy to use. It also makes it easier to update the database.

PROS

Thanks to Salesbolt, I do not have to waste my time entering data. Most of the time, it also identifies possible duplicates.

CONS

There is a long lag when I enter a new profile from LinkedIn to Salesforce. Also, if there is an existing record that matches the LinkedIn profile, it doesn't update the LinkedIn URL link.

Great tool to create a bridge between LinkedIn and Salesforce

Delivers cross-system awareness between LinkedIn and Salesforce at a very accessible price, allows easy creation of candidates or contacts within Salesforce with no rekeying of data. Also integrates seamlessly with Salesforce based ATS systems like TargetRecruit.

PROS

Easy to download and deploy, simple to use and works reliably, upgraded regularly and there are lots of great new features under development

CONS

Due to rapid release cycle it's easy to have several versions installed and unsure which is which (this may be because I was an early adopted and working with beta versions, so may not be an issue now.

SalesHud for the Win!

PROS

I love how SalesHud makes a random browse through LinkedIn and the discovery of new people and prospects productive by being able to automatically add them to the CRM. Sometimes you come across a post or activity that leads you to click and explore the profiles of multiple people associated with it and you wonder whether or not they're already in the database or who they were if you want to add them later. No more thinking about that for me with SalesHud!

CONS

It would be great to have it a little more detailed in terms of what else a LinkedIn profile gives away e.g. responsibilities, preferences or interests. The interface and ease of use could do with an upgrade but I am more than sure it's coming. Overall I am super happy with SalesHud - thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and Team!

Great to use alongside Salesforce

PROS

Thoroughly enjoy using it alongside Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - saves me heaps of time and ensures I have no duplicates in my CRM.

CONS

Doesn't automatically fill in a contact record when an individual moves company and updates their profile, but this is really minor in comparison to how great the product is!

It helps us save more time finding the information of the prospect.

Click to Create is a great feature on this software where you can easily create prospect with just one click and it save directly to your CRM.

There are some features that cannot easily change in the back end.

Salesbolt should be used by everyone in a prospecting role.

Salesbolt has been life changing as an individual contributor. It took the worst part of my job (finding accounts/contacts and manually inputting everything into my CRM) and made it so insanely easy that I now love it.

PROS

I can create accounts and add contacts to to the account within my CRM, all from Salesbolt, in seconds. It also generates likely contact info for a contact which saves me so much time by not having to hunt down an email address for any given person.

CONS

I love everything about it. I literally have nothing bad to say about it.

Best for creating leads

PROS

This application is very helpful in adding companies and leads to salesforce without needing to fill out the forms for every person.

CONS

It would be better if this could have options for a horizontal or landscape view.

Great product- fantasitc team

PROS

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] really helped us by being open to working to understand our particular needs and finding ways to make a product that met those needs. I think for our team, the #1 thing was ease of use and reliability. We appreciate the ability to manage our contacts in Salesforce better by having a tool that ensures we aren't bring in duplicates from LinkedIn. Better still, it's simple enough we don't need to spend time troubleshooting any issues. Great product for a fair price.

CONS

We are looking forward to having the ability to pull more information from a person's Linkedin profile onto a created candidate record. To date it hasn't been an option but our hope is that soon it will be!

Why even the basic use of Salesbolt is worth it.

PROS

People are lazy. They will see a contact or lead and unless they need it immediately they will pass it and not enter it into a database. Salesbolt makes that a couple of clicks improving the growth of your database.

CONS

The terminology used for different fields can confuse.

It linked to SFDC with ease, the information that you could view and the concept was great

CONS

I had to connect and reconnect it to SFDC daily, sometimes multiple times a day shouldn't have to with it being a google plugin. It would slow down my computer and crash SFDC sometimes.

New Salesbolt User

It's been great so far, I've very glad my coworker showed it to me.

PROS

I really like how easy it is to integrate and use directly with Salesforce, it saves me time when I am trying to update and add new contacts into existing accounts.

CONS

Not having emails can be difficult because you still have to do the leg work in some cases to try to figure it out and check with another source like zerobounce to make sure it's correct.
