The YMeadows team was very hands-on and ensured that each of our automations were built and tested properly. They did a lot of the heavy lifting on the technical side so that we could focus on our business processes. We definitely received and continue to receive white glove service from their technical team. We're continuing to find opportunities to use their platform to automate non-customer facing requests. #### Cons The integration with Salesforce has error at times, but the team is quick to notify us and resolve them. Their flow builder is very powerful but also a bit more on the technical side.
