SailPlay Loyalty is a loyalty program management system designed for companies of all sizes that offers customer relationship management (CRM), email and text message marketing and analytics. The product is available both in cloud-based and on-premise deployment options and offers mobile apps for iPhone and Android devices.

SailPlay Loyalty lets users manage customer loyalty through a bonus points system. Customers gain reward points by completing defined actions such as making in-store purchases, referring friends for services and providing feedback. Customers can redeem these points using methods such as discount coupons, gift cards and promotional services.

The software features a customer database where users can store their contacts. Users can then group these contacts using customized tags and create targeted email and text message campaigns. SailPlay Loyalty can also integrate with point of sale systems, customer relationship management solutions and business websites using JSON integrations.
