Customer after-care done right
We've used E-satisfaction from day 1 of their operations and have not stopped working with them since. Our company's reputation regarding customer experience is stellar and I firmly believe that e-satisfaction has played a very important part in strengthening our company's positioning.
PROSThe ability to customize the APIs so that you can target every segment of the customer at critical touchpoints and milestones such as while browsing, after a conversion and upon receiving the package as well as when picking it up off a store or visiting a store for the first time, gives you important information and makes e-satisfaction a de facto backbone of customer satisfaction for our business
CONSThere's not really much I have to say. The personalization and customization possibilities are so many that it's hard to pick something not to like. Maybe the attribution models could use a few more improvements so that they resemble google analytics a bit more but it's really not an issue.

Easy to Use and Super Useful Feedback!
Easy to use - implement, account manager is helpful in understanding all key metrics and insights too!
CONSThere are still some more features (e.g. product reviews) that I would like to see in the software, but I believe those features are already in the works.

Easy to use, out of the box service with great potentials for development
You can start using it day one. It's that easy and can be customized according to your business needs. Also, there is an excellent customer support ready to assist you in everything you may need.
