Très beau et très simple à mettre en place

Nous ne savions pas exactement ce que pensaient nos clients. Grâce à cela on a pu avoir des actions directes.Cela permet de proposer une meilleure expérience client.

PROS

La création et la customisation d'un questionnaire est très simple.Il y a eu récemment un ajout de modèle pour nous aider à construire le questionnaire en fonction de nos actions.Le dashboard est plutôt complet : on peut voir les réponses en direct et les filtres permettent d'aller plus loin.Le service client est à l'écoute.

CONS

Pas forcément de points faibles. Peut-être une documentation sur l'intégration avec Zapier ne serait pas de trop
