A game changer for storytellers in CX space

The support and service received from the Kapiche team has been fantastic from Day 1. They really seek to understand your requirements and also genuinely work on any feedback and suggestions. It's an absolutely brilliant tool designed and supported by awesome people. We highly recommend Kapiche to anyone looking to upgrade the text analytics capabilities for their organisation. It's a game changer for storytellers in CX space.

PROS

Kapiche is a poweful story-building tool that has helped us discover insights from thousands of customer experience (NPS) comments without any manual coding and within a matter of minutes this year. It's easy to use, fast, efficient and analyst's dream come true. It provides a unique visualisation known as 'Storyboard' which helps to extract insights very easily.

CONS

It would be great to be able to link or integrate the Kapiche dashboard/outputs to Qualtrics CX dashboards.
