Feedback simplefield

Besides what I mentioned as a minus, the service fulfills my expectations, and I love to have it in my Gmail signature. It's beneficial to find out how good your support is; most importantly, it doesn't take much time for anyone to respond.

PROS

I like the way it can be set up. It's straightforward, and you don't need any tech skills to be a pro with this service. It has all that is necessary to get quality feedback. When a user clicks on the emoji icon, they get a customer survey to fill out if they want to give a proper review of the service. It's very well organized, and I love the dashboard where is everything almost suits my logic. It depends on the user to user, but it's easy to find everything you need to start with the service.

CONS

I would love to have this service in my language, and for now, I miss the opportunity for custom translation. The service is available in Arabic, Danish, English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish, but I need it to be available in Serbian because I didn't find the ability to change the survey page (customer feedback form). The question is editable.

It is an amazing product that help you to improve your services to give the best to your clients.

Since I am using Rate my service, I've been able to help my clients much more and my conversions has been higher.

PROS

How easy to use it is and how well thought it is.

CONS

I think that this product cover really well my needs right now.

Best way to know about work feedback

PROS

I use "Rate My Service" and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. This tool is super simple and easy to use, yet it has provided me with valuable insights into my customers' satisfaction levels.One of the things I love about "Rate My Service" is that it collects customer feedback from every email. This means that I can get feedback on my services without having to ask my customers to fill out a separate survey, which can be time-consuming and often results in a low response rate.The reports generated by "Rate My Service" are also very easy to understand and provide me with actionable insights that I can use to improve my services.

Everything is good in this tool but I noticed this tool has limited number of symbols that is very few.

An easy to use and effective way to get feedback from customers about your service.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend this "Rate My Service" to others.

PROS

I was looking for a way to get actionable feedback, not just "good service" or "bad service," and I finally found Rate My Service. This tool is a huge time saver, and I can set up my own surveys and track my service over time. I also love that it's very easy to share with my clients so they can give direct feedback as well.

CONS

There is a limited number of symbols that can be used for a review, either 2 or 3. This can make it difficult to get all the information across that you want to communicate. You can add more feedback symbols.
