Wonderflow helps if you are just looking for high level analysis (pros and cons, sentiment, trends) but also if you want to dive a bit deeper into the details. Also nice is that Wonderflow is covering multiple languages and countries. It helped me mainly in analyzing a lot of ratings / reviews on different products and to put it in an easy to understand presentation for colleagues/stakeholders who are not that much into the topic. #### Cons I honestly don't have anything that is negative about the tool so far. We've seen the best results on open feedback, but I was glad it could integrate and analyze closed feedback too so that we could have a single platform to look at for data.
