About Churn360

Churn360 is a data-driven AI customer success platform that helps SaaS businesses reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Churn360 consolidates product data is spread across multiple SaaS products like CRM, Helpdesk, Billing software, etc. Churn360 helps Customer Success Managers by providing a single view dashboard that is simple and convenient to keep track of customers. Churn360 also offers features including playbook automation, customer onboarding, customer journey mapping and tracking, surveys to aid your customers and ensure that your product is used to the maximum potential for which it was developed. When the customers understand your product, they tend to use the product more and this helps in reducing customer churn.

We don’t want to complicate pricing after designing a product with simplicity in mind! There are no onboarding fees. The pricing is based on the number of customers and the CSMs. There is no limit to the number of integrations.

Complete Solution for Success Teams

PROS

Churn360 offer many integrations out of the box which can be customized as well. This feature enables our CSM to view and react on all the data points available in one platform.

CONS

Features that makes Churn360 the best selling products in the market.

I am highly impressed by the product and I would like to recommend it to others.

PROS

Ease to use and the database management is the most that I like in the software. The best part is the services offered by it in such a affordable price range.

CONS

So far I have not addressed any con in the product. Because for us it is working in it's best possible capacity.

Great software for customer success teams

Churn360 helps reduce customer churn because letting you know which customers are at-risk. This means we can manage more customers than we could without Churn360, thereby increasing our revenue.

PROS

Churn360 is very easy to set up and use. You can manage all your settings and gain deeper insights into the health of your customers. Probably one of the most powerful features of its software is the plays and automations which you can use to prompt yourself of when to help customers. Customer health scores give you insight into when customers might be about to churn so you can take corrective action.

CONS

There's not much that I dislike about Churn360. There were a few features I didn't quite understand at first but I reached out to their support team and they gave excellent help.

Huge time Savings!!

We are getting more time to actually concentrate on our customers rather than trying to decipher information from the excel sheets

PROS

Easy to implement and get value out of it. Before Churn360, we used Microsoft excel to keep track of our clients, and getting insights using functions was very difficult. Now Churn360 solves these shortcomings and helped us to concentrate on better things.

CONS

have been using the software for the past 6 months.. Nothing as of now!

Top-Notch Customer Services

PROS

We have experienced significant improvements in communication, enabling us to better support and guide customers with inquiries or issues regarding our offerings. As a result of faster issue resolution we have seen a notable increase of at least 10% in new customer requests for our services

CONS

Churn360 pricing may be on the higher end and like many similar products, it requires a significant implementation period within the organization.but we are happy with their continuos customer support
