Features that makes Churn360 the best selling products in the market.
I am highly impressed by the product and I would like to recommend it to others.
PROSEase to use and the database management is the most that I like in the software. The best part is the services offered by it in such a affordable price range.
CONSSo far I have not addressed any con in the product. Because for us it is working in it's best possible capacity.

Great software for customer success teams
Churn360 helps reduce customer churn because letting you know which customers are at-risk. This means we can manage more customers than we could without Churn360, thereby increasing our revenue.
PROSChurn360 is very easy to set up and use. You can manage all your settings and gain deeper insights into the health of your customers. Probably one of the most powerful features of its software is the plays and automations which you can use to prompt yourself of when to help customers. Customer health scores give you insight into when customers might be about to churn so you can take corrective action.
CONSThere's not much that I dislike about Churn360. There were a few features I didn't quite understand at first but I reached out to their support team and they gave excellent help.

Huge time Savings!!
We are getting more time to actually concentrate on our customers rather than trying to decipher information from the excel sheets
PROSEasy to implement and get value out of it. Before Churn360, we used Microsoft excel to keep track of our clients, and getting insights using functions was very difficult. Now Churn360 solves these shortcomings and helped us to concentrate on better things.
CONShave been using the software for the past 6 months.. Nothing as of now!
