Fantastic, informed team with a comprehensive SMS platform and strategy

On top of the software, my experience with the Radiance team is outstanding. They are responsive, intuitive, problem-solving and they come with recommendations of what they see in the industry.

Pros

Radiance Labs is very customer-focused and customer centric. Everything is built and designed from the perspective of a marketing team and what is needed for effective SMS messaging. I appreciate that the software is quite simple and straightforward, rather than being overloaded with tons of functions that I don't use and that just get in the way (and increase costs).

Cons

none noted but I will come back and update if that changes. :)

Reasons for Choosing Radiance Labs

Radiance had the features I wanted at a reasonable price with a fantastic team. I did not want to pay for things I did not plan to use.

Innovative & solutions-focused

Pros

Our team at Radiance Labs were always coming up with new ideas about how our bot could solve pain points for our guests and make shopping more informative and fun. They were constantly innovating user experience too to improve our day to day use whether that was reporting or system integrations.

Cons

NA. Any bugs we found integrating with our other communications systems were tested thoroughly with Radiance, and when they would come up occasionally when systems updated, our team again would be immediately ready to troubleshoot and fix
