- Support and account reps are responding quickly and try to resolve issues.
- The features that I enjoy the most about Blackpoint is the real-time constant monitoring that the SOC teams provides. If there is an issues the team is quickly on top of it.

- Very limited control which can be looked at as positive and negative.
- As an MSP, we have have several tools that we use to analyze threats in our client's organizations.
Pros
- We use Web.com for website hosting and email. One of the best features that the software offers is that you are able to check business emails remotely from any computer with an Internet connection.
- It helps us know our stock level on all store fronts, keep from running out of inventory, organize fulfillment and ensures a positive customer experience. It is easy to use and intuitive.
Cons
- I tried to be patient but in November of last year they developed a problem on one of my eBay ids with eBay business policies which they claimed was actually ebay's issue.
- The formatting is awful. Changing the font color and size never works properly the first time (for instance it will only change one letter when the entire sentence is highlighted).
