I am working as a full-time SAS developer in my current organization. SAS is easy to use and good for data wrangling purposes.

Only one factor which makes negative about this product is the price, which is really very high. For which Tableau and R can work together for giving the same results.

For me, SAS Visual Analytics works best when dealing with big data and need flexibility in analyzing it.

Great for building process flows. Easy to use for people with no programming background.

If you are using SQL you miss Moss of the raw power. SAS procs arenot the most I tuitive.

It is easy to learn if you have basics SQL knowledge. It is faster than python/R.

Easy to use, more features and auxiliary components than you could ever wish for, great customer service and technical support.

As compared to R and python its use is limited. I can do much more accurate analysis with R. Also there is cost factor too.

This software is excellent in relation to every segment of business intelligence. It covers every aspect of our business and provides the opportunity synergize.

Coding is pretty much easy and visualization is best. Also, customer support is high and It can fetch billions of records for processing and processing speed is very high.

The Best thing about this tool is you can almost all sort of analysis even if you don't have an IT background. Powerful in visualization.

However, it is just functional. Any customization on plots are difficult and requires you to understand intricacies of SAS Graph package.

I like using SAS for its simplicity and the multitude of possibilities it gives when analyzing data and extracting statistics.

It's so much faster than the legacy of Cobol and mainframe based packages. Love the advanced features and the power.

We love the software, however our experience with the sales team and return on our price point has been very negative.

This was after we had let the sales representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT] know that we were not ready to sign on until Q4.

This is the best software in terms of analyzing the data expeditiously.

I have a great experience with this tool as this is very easy to use and EDA(Exploratory Data Analysis) through charts are very much effective and attractive.

The SAS team stated our original technical onboarding person had an illness or emergency and then we didn't hear back with a new contact [SENSITIVE CONTENT] until about a month later.

The logs are misleading. There are  always errors/warnings in the logs which SAS suggests safe to ignore.

Installation is messy but that is only for single time.

Nothing yet, but I will certainly be vocal, if I have a bad experience.

One can make stunning dashboards using it without much expertise. It is equally good for novice and pro.

Impactful, simple yet powerful. Easy to install as well.

Great for building process flows for projects and managing data.

The ability to run code that we made 10 years ago is also very nice.

The experience is more user friendly than Varonis and less user friendly than Netwrix. Regardless, I see no point in buying audit software that is not accurate.

Overall we have had a good experience with this software. The support team is friendly and efficient and resolves issues when they occur.

Theres no way for you to know if the scheduled jobs are failing unless you do a manual check.

It has crashed twice without any notification, causing me to lose all metadata between the time it crashed and the time I caught the crashes.

StealthAUDIT is not perfect, but it's pretty darn good for the price.

The reporting was of high value and it allowed for a high level of customization.

We have had a number of times where it stops processing the changes and the database fills up with unprocessed data until the database stops responding because it is too full.

The system was fairly easy to set up with a dedicated technical implementation team that was responsive to questions and issues. The support team is very responsive.

This software can provide great insight into what is going on with the systems it is monitoring. We have appreciated the ability to track who modified what in AD and files systems.

Wit really helps with LPA, and ensure our users have the appropriate access. It also has great security reporting tools.

The installation and setup were difficult and we ran into many issue initially.

I now know to constantly monitor the system to minimize audit data loss.

We know where sensitive data resides and then delete it if no longer needed or we can ensure access is restricted.

Great team supporting this software, they continually improve on the features and functionality of the software.

The reporting is VERY customizable. With the help of technical support, you can get a report for what every your needs are.

The support is top notch, stealth consistently reaches out to my teams to ensure we’re supported and using the product appropriately.
