It is fantastic that all of our offices are now on a national database and we can now share information. This provides efficiency and consistency in our work.

Professional team at Athennian, onboarding was smoothe,  support services, training classes were great. If you have a lot of entities and need to manage the information which is so important.

There is not yet an email feature or the ability to drag and drop Word documents.

Athennian took control and made sure all information was carried over from our prior software. Customer service is excellent and available which is crucial.

The team is super responsive and works with me one on one to tailor/format documents in our firm standard which expedites the preparation of documents.

When we initially integrated the database was very West based and was missing a lot of functionality needed for the East.

The staff, from sales to support, are SUPER FRIENDLY and the BEST group around. I will keep telling everyone I know in the Corporate Paralegal world to take a look at this product - and switch.

Support is amazing and fast. Given the program with no training, very easy to figure out.

Integration with our existing database was as expected from our prior testing and went very well. The functionality needed for the Eastern provinces is continually being added and updated.

Also, the ability to collaborate with other members of my team or other departments will be very useful as we continue to incorporate Athennian into our everyday work processes.

I find Ownership tedious and cumbersome and I am still struggling with Tasks.

Athennian has been a great source, especially while working at home when physical minute books were not available. The customer service has been great as well.

It has made me look like a superstar when being asked information that I can print out in a matter of minutes.

Excellent support (all support reps are corporate paralegals). Integrates with DocuSign and Google Drive.

There were some missing register templates but once I mentioned it to Athennian, they fixed the issue right away.

May be the screen I'm using, but transactions are hard to locate in the list.

I like that I can safely store and access all our minute book and legal document information for the over 220 entities we currently manage.

The quick access to chatting with anyone from Athennian when we need help and the design of the software. It's very easy to navigate and simple.

The program is fast and allows me to enter corporate information very quickly and efficiently. I would also like to note that Athennian provides the most the fantastic customer service.

Athennian is a fantastic platform for managing corporate entities in the cloud and on the go.

It has a white background and sometimes it can be hard to see the screen. Ve told them about this and they are fixing it.

Also the virtual minute book is an excellent function and very appropriate for our current context of people working remotely.

Entity searching is not efficient. Document generation is inconsistent.

We were on Diligent Entities before which was very complicated to use. Athennian has an amazing conversion team.

I like that it is user friendly and often I can figure out what I need to do without having to always reach out for help.

The software is very user-friendly, easy on the eyes, and intuitive. It doesn't take a lot of training and the team is quick to apply feedback.

Search function can be improved. Online version of Microsoft Word does no reflect the correct formatting and makes it difficult to make changes to documents.

I am happy that we are using Athennian because it's faster and more efficient than ALF.

Resolutions, consents, ledgers, certificates, etc. That + integrated eSign has given us ability to completely digitize our company secretary functions.

Look and Feel of Reports is good from viewing perspective. Configuring Reports is easy for most reports.

Powerful analytics, enterprise features, with a learning curve.

Whether you need simple website data, PPC ad data, or data from your remote database, Zoho Analytics can do it. And I love how beautiful the reports are.

Number of users is limited for various slabs. Limitation on number of email addresses while scheduling reports is restricted which makes report sharing cumbersome with larger groups.

Additionally, Zoho has a great support team that allows for timely resolution of issues and questions. Zoho is relatively new product, so features & updates are being released somewhat regularly.

I think it's good value for money and with the scheduled imports it is quite low maintenance.

In itself, it's a good application, but within the Zoho One Suite, and as part of the overall pricing, it's clearly underpriced for what it does. Big fan of the Zoho Suite.

We have realized many benefits by being able to use Zoho Analytics to help us gain a better understanding of data analysis within our organization.

The learning curve is a bit heavy at first, but it's worth the time invested.

There are many great options on the dashboard, but again, the functions are complicated to learn and apply.

The Zoho One suite is such a good bang for its buck. Integrates fairly well, especially within the Zoho Suite.

It is very easy to implement and can create a relational database with ease. When it comes to CRM, it is one of the tools which offers the best customer service.

Great BI solution, and becomes Excellent within Zoho One.

It's a very powerful tool with a LOT  of integrations for data bases, very easy to use and great value for money.

Extremely intuitive and excellent customer support.

Generating reports is made super easy with their intuitive UI and excellent data integration. I also thoroughly enjoy the reporting options.

Simplicity, ease of use, integration with Zoho Books.

The UI is not very intuitive, and very clustered which makes it hard to use. Hard to understand why things were not working the way they were expected to.

The tool is highly customizable and can integrate with most every database. The service from Zoho is AMAZING.

Easy to set up reports from the CRM and good support.

Overall a brief experience so far but I know I have help and support if ever I need it. Very easy to use so far.

I love the dashboards and the visual representation of the data we have. Being able to drill in to the data from the charts is also great.

I love how easy it is to get started and with all the amazing features packed in this software, the pricing is more than reasonable.
