I absolutely love It In working with the program and getting to know the program and using it on a daily basis to make my Job and life a lot easier

I love that it allowed us to stay organized and complete tasks. That would otherwise take a long time pretty quickly.The best part about it is the organization factor that comes with using Uncat As well as the ease of use. I feel like it was so user friendly that somebody that doesn't do well with technology could use it with no problem.

That it didn't have all the features that some of the other More expensive products have but it's still a great value for the price and I Will and am recommending it to everybody I know!

The time I save from not having to pull reports, organize and color-code transactions, and send/follow-up on emails has been incredible.

Uncat solves the biggest bottleneck accountants face when working with monthly/quarterly clients. Rather than create/organize/send spreadsheets every month to clients, everything is done seamlessly in one platform. We save an unbelievable amount of time on our end, and everything is simple on the client's end too.

Not exactly a con, but it took a few weeks to get used to the platform and updating/saving changes as I made them. After using it a few times, it became second nature.

I like the tutorials and the ways the service has individual categories.

It's hard to learn ways to use it. It's not easy to learn. The software is a little confusing.

It has really rave reviews from my accounting department, they are now walking out the door at 3pm. Uncat makes their jobs easy

I love the fact that it integrates wirh just about any software. My company has an average of 100-150 transactions a month and Uncat helps make accounting a breezea

Honesty there is nothing i dislike about Uncat

My clients and I love Uncat because it allows for asynchronous communication about what transactions are. I can ask them without needing to email or call, and they can tell me what a transaction is on their own time. I love that we can use Uncat daily, weekly, or monthly. Some clients don't want to hear from their bookkeeper more than once a year, some want weekly updates. Uncat makes sure that I can give them weekly updates.

The best part about Uncat is that my clients do not need to install an app or create another username and password. They have a hard enough time as it is keeping track of their usernames and passwords for their own logins, let alone new ones that I make them create.

Their UI is fairly cluttered for the client. I'd like to see it be a little more modern and readable.

It exceeded my expectation and I find it to be the ideal software to communicate with clients when it comes to un-categorized transactions.

The software took some time to master. This is not really a con but to get the most out of the software it's best to complete/watch the training videos as there are a lot of features that if you do not do the training you would not know about.

I appreciate the simplicity and the ease of use of Uncat. I decided on Uncat over other software because of the customizability of the transaction feed and also how simple it is for my clients to be able to access their accounts and easily provide feedback on specific transactions. It has been essential in streamlining my communication with my clients.

It is simple enough for my clients to be able to pick it up and start using it right away, and customizable enough to gather necessary transaction information.

Would like to see a few more features, but they are continually improving.

As an accounting firm, this has enhanced our ability to communicate transactions with our clients that we need help with. Our clients respond much faster, and seem to enjoy completing their tasks. I also believe they are not as overwhelmed as with a spreadsheet. Best of all, the software is cheap enough that it makes sense for us to use it for ALL of our clients!!

I find Uncat a useful and well polished service, with it's cool Web UI which grabs the attention and obviously the service.

The pricing is a bit too high in my opinion

The platform is good and it fulfills its purpose by helping the users to transfer data from one system to another with their IQ which makes it time-saving and more efficient.

The software is great as it helps the companies to keep track record of different types of transactions which happens with their clients and it is also great with handling data of huge number of customer base.

What I have noticed is that budget for maintaining Uncat is more higher than other accounting platforms which can be difficult for small organizations to adopt it.

I've had an excellent experience with Uncat. It's great for clean-up and catch-up clients who have tons of transactions that need to be explained and categorized. I use this with all of my clients.

What I like most is the ease of use and simplicity of this software. Clients are able hit the ground running with their Uncategorized transactions without much direction from me.

I do feel that more complex clients who use job costing are sometimes unable to use Uncat. For example, many times I want to choose a job but I can only choose a customer. The job doesn't appear there.

As much as I love this tool. so glad to hear that our clients love this tool so much. We can provide their requested reports immediately and there are no missed emails with the client as these are always attended especially the most important ones.

It helps your work to be as efficient and productive as it saves time, easy to use and accurate.

The integration needs a sort of improvement especially sync to Xero software.

The interface is easy to use. Automation is nice; notifications and syncing with QBO.

Missing easy to use 'class fields'. Can't use Uncat with clients that use classes.

When I signed up for Uncat I used the wrong email address and didn't realize it. I couldn't get into my account because of that. Uncat responded quickly and everything was great. So far I am so excited about adding this to my tech stack.

Integrations is seamless. Support is wonderful. And it makes the client accountable for getting me what I need to support them effortlessly and without continually extracting and sending Excel Worksheets to them only to get lost in email. I can still move on with my tasks without waiting for information.

I'm not sure there is anything yet. Some of the options are still unclear to me, but I haven't had the opportunity to go through all of the training videos yet. I am sure there are features I can still take advantage of.

All the features are very important to me & I rate them a 5 on uncat... This software really simplified my tasks at work

The greatest benefit to Uncat is that it has saved me time as far as waiting for my clients to respond to my requests during the month end review. Overall Uncat has been an excellent addition to my workflow apps.

My favorite feature is that Unat emails / alerts my clients every week of their uncategorized transaction. I get an email after they have updated their transactions. Excellent Time Saver!

I have really run in to any problems with Uncat - therefore I don't have a least favorite.

Generally it's a great accounting tool for anyone seeking to keep their books clean and stay ahead of their business finances

It is difficult to integrate it into other software posing a limitation on its use

Uncat provides a convenient way to quickly request information from clients on uncategorized transactions. I can appreciate the benefit this would provide when there are a lot of transactions that need further information, but with our current client base this is not a feature we would make much use of.

Being able to quickly request information from clients and update categorized transactions with additional information is very helpful.

Uncat simplifies the language for the customers who are unfamiliar with the accounting terminology.

I use Uncat along with other members of my team. I get reminders for other team member's clients. Ther eis probaly a setting to sort that out but I haven't found it yet.

Since Uncat is affordable I can learn how to do my own bookkeeping. Learning how to keep up with my receipts and how to categorize them before income taxes come.

The ease of importing and the templates to send to client are very helpful.
