A customer datebase tool for maintaining customer account information and billing information.

Easy access to customer personal information, billing history, and toll usage history. Given on how much information is displayed on the screen at a time, it is easy to use.

PROS

Information is listed on the screen in an efficient manor so users can view information quickly and clearly. The website end is also easy to use as well for both company and account holders.

CONS

The software allows only a limited time to store information, usually the past six months. Customers needing more information past this time have to request it in writing/email and have to wait for such information.
