Athena is great for use with Quicksight!

It has been a great experience overall!

PROS

It was easy to use and helped us be able to pull data from our dialer and use it in AWS Quicksight.

CONS

At the moment nothing, it has been a very helpful tool.

Good EHR system

Great EHR to work with as far as Radiology goes. We have an amazing A-team that helps us with any items when it comes to Athena.

PROS

CONS

The delegation rights renewal window could be longer than 72 hours, we hope this gets extended during the spring release.

It's been a very great product!

PROS

Athena is VERY user friendly. I love the chat feature so I can get assistance almost immediately. The software is easy to use, it has all of the modern day features to message patients, send results, send items between other physicians.

CONS

Audit -C has stopped working and no one is taking the responsibility to find a solution. The AuthTracker is very slow and it can take weeks to get any updates.
